August studio moments 🖤 #life #summer #chicago #pilatesinstructor #august by @jac_walters

28 will always have a special place in my heart. 🩷 She challenged me. She stretched me. She hardened me and softened me. She was loved, pushed, celebrated, humbled, successful, and sometimes she failed. But above all, she worked her ass off.

28 wasn’t always easy, but she changed me in ways I’ll forever be grateful for. I’ll always look back at her with love, not because she had it all figured out, but because she kept going.

Here’s to honoring every version of ourselves ✨ by @jac_walters

The greatest gift of being a group fitness instructor is the connection I build with my students—week after week, watching them grow, evolve, and become stronger, both physically and mentally. It is a blessing to share my passion and energy with others, to inspire and be inspired.

In order for my students to be their best, I have to be my best. Fitness has taught me discipline, resilience, and the power of consistency, and it is one of the biggest, if not the biggest, driving forces in my life.

I'm not lucky—I work hard. And I wouldn’t have it any other way. by @jac_walters
