We sell the experience. Occasionally we film the actual property too. 🚁 #talktostrangers by @jack_abate

95 nights booked. $25,000 in revenue. And the property wasn’t even finished yet.

Haven at Hedgewood Estates was still under construction when guests started booking. They never saw a finished room. They saw our renders.

It wasn’t listed on Airbnb or VRBO, so every booking came in directly.

Guests don’t book square footage. They book the hot tub at sunset, the coffee by the firepit and the couch they can already picture themselves on. Photorealistic renders let them feel that before the drywall is up.

If I were starting a short-term rental business today, this is the exact tech stack I’d use.

Not because it has the most tools, but because it keeps the business simple, automated, and built to drive more direct bookings.

The goal isn’t to collect software. It’s to build a system that helps you:

• Price smarter
• Automate guest communication
• Drive direct bookings
• Capture guest data
• Retarget past guests
• Reduce time spent on day-to-day operations

The right tech stack should make your STR easier to run and more profitable, not give you 15 more dashboards to check.

Hey! I could really use YOUR help!!

I’m trying to get in touch with short-term rental owners who want more direct bookings, higher profit margins, and less dependence on Airbnb and Vrbo. Why?

Because I’m launching a new Rapid Implementation program called “Direct Booking Accelerator.” And I’m looking for a few people who might find this 90-day program HELPFUL… and who might be interested in test driving it. i.e. working with me personally to increase revenue, build a predictable direct booking engine, and actually own their demand.

So can you think of any STR owners who are tired of paying OTA fees, tired of inconsistent bookings, and want a real system that drives consistent, profitable growth?

And if so, could you share this post with them?

I just don’t want anyone who really needs this to miss it, because they never heard about it.

So who needs to see this? Thanks for your help!

(P.S. If you’re reading this post because your friend shared it with you, and you’re potentially interested in test-running the 90-day program mentioned above… just DM me “interested”) by @jack_abate
