The Mountainous Truth was such an empowering experience. The Outreach Masterclass was of extremely high quality. It provided the best content to be a stronger activist and its effectiveness showed when the next day 6 people went vegan on the spot after having a conversation with me. It reinforced the urgency of creating new activists because animals can’t be free unless other people stop exploiting them and they need us to speak up for them. Being able to learn from the pros meant a lot to me and also inspired me to strive to be an organizer and make activism content. Not to mention, I got to spend the whole time with some great company. I really enjoyed getting to meet everyone on the campaign tour, visiting activists, and new members of the chapter. Massive thank you to everyone that made it possible: @av_boulder_denver @anonymousforthevoiceless @paulbashr @assalalamdari AV media team + more by @jackson4animals

Just being vegan won't liberate animals. Just waiting won't change anything We humans can speak out against injustice with our own voices, but animals can't. That's why we need to be their spokespeople. Just being vegan won't liberate animals. Nothing will change; we'll just wait. A real life troll in the wild… 🤣 Jokes aside… we do get into these situations where our top priority is to protect the activists and de-escalate the situation. He refused to move and leave us alone after 10-15 min, completely harassing and blocking our event. We then chose to move a few feet away from him and he finally left before we had to call any police support. He was even more aggressive than shown before I started recording. “Let me show you how stupid you look”… Perfect example of how some people will dedicate themselves to attacking others for doing what’s right, rather than be honest with themselves of the horrible, exploitative choices they continue to make. #veganism #animalliberation #troll #safety by @jackson4animals
