Some more memories from Brazil and Chile! 🇨🇱🇧🇷❤️

That snake in the toilet on the first slide is generally the scary story they tell people before coming to Australia, but that was in an Airbnb in Saquarema Brazil!

Todos deberían viajar por Australia, no tenemos serpientes en los baños! 🚻 🐍 Only trouser snakes 😜

I went to Ibiza on the weekend with my brother and training partner @arnauvidal90 for @oceanman_spain it was my first 10km open water swim and definitely not the last.

The man in the first photo is Jose from Mexico, he’s 58, happy, healthy, and wealthy. A competition or challenge every other month is the secret he says! Inspiring guy!

Other than that Ibiza is an amazing place, much more to offer than just a party destination. I’m looking forward to the next visit! And I’m even more excited for the next challenge, this one has left me wanting much more, it was fucking difficult but it was fun!

Good times. STAY Fucken WEIRD. Much love! by @jacksworldrules

TRAIN WITH INTENTION. CHANGE YOUR RESULTS.

If you train without awareness, don't expect different results.

Going through the movements is not the same as actually training. Every repetition should have a purpose. Focus on your technique, control your movements, feel the muscles working and understand why you're doing each exercise.

The more conscious you are during your training, the more you get out of every single rep.

Stop just going through the motions. Start training with intention.

Your body follows what you consistently teach it. Make every rep count.

His First Pull-Ups After Injury
Jack hadn't been able to do a single pull-up for 4 months because of a shoulder injury. In just 6 weeks of training with me, he did his first pull-ups since.
Now he says he definitely wasn't training properly before, and he feels amazing. Smart progress, the right guidance and consistency made the difference. So proud of you, Jack.
Struggling with an injury or stuck in your training? Send me a DM and let's get you moving again.
