Hydroxytyrosol is the main ingredient in every product. Oliveda is clean with bioactive ingredients.

Make sure to check your labels, if it reads water or aqua it is filled with extra junk such is preservatives and dead oils. And if they do, no worries, I can get you started with Oliveda. by @jackydeev

What a weekend! It was so busy and so much fun! Celebrated my dad’s birthday and retirement! Yes, my dad retired. On top of that Jenna had a game and Derek pitched his very first baseball game. Jam packed weekend full of so many fun things. I will say Sunday I was exhausted. Haha by @jackydeev

Brow appointment with the amazing @thewaxingqueen and a diet Dr Pepper after!

Yes, I used waterless/Bioactive skincare and drink diet Dr Pepper! It’s balance! by @jackydeev

Played a little catch with Derek while Jenna was practicing with CSUB girls. 😉

While life has hard days like today, playing one on one catch wirh my first forever baby will always be special. I went in feeling a little anxious but after we were done playing and practice was over, anxiety was out the window. I love my babies and spending time with them doing what they enjoy.

Not to toot my own horn but Derek was impressed with my catching and throwing skills. 💁🏻‍♀️ by @jackydeev

It’s Wednesday… so you know what that means.. who is wearing their pink? Let me know! 🙋🏻‍♀️

And for my family, it’s also mock chick-fill-a! by @jackydeev

When I say, I have been eating chicken salads a lot lately, I literally mean it. Meet the chicken salad I eat ALL. THE. TIME. 😂

I’m actually surprised I am not tired of it yet 🤣

And honestly, it’s a good reminder that consistency beats perfection.

I eat this because I like it. It’s easy. I know what’s in it. And I know I’ll actually keep making it. And helping me achieve some healthy goals for myself.

And honestly, same thing with my skincare.

I don’t need a complicated 17-step routine that I’m going to abandon within a couple of weeks. I need products I love, that work for my skin, and that I’ll actually use consistently.

That’s one of the biggest things Oliveda has taught me find what works for you and stick with it and you don’t have to sacrifice effectiveness or clean products! I get the best of both worlds.

My approach is less is more and consistently. 🫒✨

So don’t mind my chicken salad that I have on repeat! 🤣🤣 but don’t get me wrong, I’m still gonna treat myself to some fries! by @jackydeev

Look at me being responsible and creating extra storage space in my garage!

But let’s be honest, I am so proud that I actually remembered! The kids even helped putting them out.

Derek asked, do you think the delivery man is going to be surprised with all of these bottles. Yes, yes they will! 🤣 by @jackydeev

And just like that, we have a 4th grader and TKer. It’s wild. Derek was nervous, while Jenna just walked right in with no looking back. I pray this school year is fantastic and my babies are treated kind and they are kind to their classmates. by @jackydeev

If your child is like my soon to be 4th grader, and didn’t want a new backpack, here is your reminder to get that backpack washed before school starts.

While working full time, raising my two little ones, running a household and building a business is not always easy but it sure can be fun/wild.

So, tonight’s big assignment is getting this backpack cleaned. 😂🎒

While I think it is pretty awesome that my soon to be 4th grader chose to reuse his backpack and said that it is still in good condition feels like I am doing something right.

And while I tasked myself this, I can still get a few minutes for myself to keep my skin healthy and glowing.

Don’t forget to do something for yourself while you’re knee deep prepping for school to start up again.

On Wednesdays we wear pink… and exfoliate. 🩷🤭

If you were like me, I never exfoliated and my skin dull. So if your skin has been looking a little dull, makeup isn’t sitting quite right, or your glow has gone missing, don’t skip this step. Add it to your routine asap.

F10 gently exfoliates to help remove dead skin cells so the healthy skin underneath can shine through. It’s one of those simple habits that makes the rest of your skincare work even better. Never really knew how important this is.

On another note, who’s wearing pink with me today? 🩷

I also really love this movie!

I had today off. But working full time means I don’t have much time with my babies. These simple moments mean even more to me. And next week both will start school.

And while I’m making memories with them, I’m thankful I’ve found something that lets me take care of myself too.

Healthy skin doesn’t have to include a lot of steps. Just a few minutes with my Oliveda routine so I can get back to spending with my forever babies.

Simple summers. Happy kids. A little self-care for this mama. 🤍
