Sneak peek…the seeds were planted when I became fast friends with an artist @peacejackets on a sailboat in the Mediterranean. Turns out, I had a piece of her work and we had a few friends in common….fast forward 2 years later, we have collaborated on her latest body of work Milk and Honey opening reception for this solo exhibition @tfaadvisory on November 19th 6-7:30. ❤️ #fineart #gallery #luxuryinteriordesign #interiordesigner #sculpture by @jacuzzodesign
Sunday Styles where art and fashion collide… Art = Woman with Vase by Pablo Picasso. Created in the summer of 1933. The sculpture represents a fertility goddess holding a ceremonial offering. Fashion = Philip Lim jacket (purchased in Monaco when my luggage was lost), JCrew shorts, Theory top, Tory Burch boots, and indie Eastern European brand bag that is not labeled (but that I adore)! This Friday Find is all about the little luxuries in life. I use European towels from Portugal and suggest luxury towels to every client. The quality, detailing, and feel. ✅✅✅. DM me if you want them. Wegotchu! XOXO #interiordesigner #interiordecor #luxurybathrooms by @jacuzzodesign
Get familiar with spatial alchemy. The interior design practice built on the idea that design and psychology are connected. The goal is to design for the person you are becoming. The way you arrange your home rewires your mind, habits, and nervous system. Does your designer deeply care about the design? I do! Wegotchu! Sunday Styles where art and fashion collide… Art = public works by Charlotte filmmaker and photographer Dweh Brown from his series Born Rich, Black as my Soul…celebrating the richness of black identity. Fashion = black Barbie T-shirt celebrating that Barbie is black, brown, and white FINALLY. My beloved hot pink plastic chain link necklace (no idea the designer but a Target purchase years ago). Marni jeans, Chanel bag and sunnies. Manolo black quilted flats. Black cashmere cardigan not shown but for cooler points in the day. This Friday Find was found by my viewing of over 2 dozen beds at HP Market this past week. The overwhelming majority of which were highly styled with piles of decorative pillows - not a big fan. I prefer one large decorative pillow or, in some instances, none at all. A fussy bed is not chic. It’s simply, in my opinion, trying too hard. Which leads me to the find… I spied these European style raw-edge flange pillowcases and sheets and the simplicity of the styling was divine. They reminded me of my beloved French seam but in a cool girl street style way. “You were moved by sheets”, you say…um yah, I was! So much so that I did some research and my favorites are sold at RH and Quince. Gonna get them. XOXO #homestyle #homedecor #interiordesign #interiordecor #interiordesigner by @jacuzzodesign
The weather in High Point made Market easy - it’s a wrap. XOXO #designerlife #interiordesigner #highpointmarket #nycinteriordesign #cltinteriordesign by @jacuzzodesign
Sourcing for me, as a luxury designer, is all about inspecting the details and honing in on what feels fresh, elevated, and executed well! The stitching on this cocktail ottoman was a standout at HP MKT. God always in the details!
