V1-V3 | i intentionally made this one harder by skipping one of the good holds. doing so also gave me the chance to do a fun dyno move

another V3-V5 with a celebratory dive roll! each session my route reading gets better and i really feel myself starting to get creative with finding the best beta for my body.
it is such a gift to be able bodied and healthy. i am thankful everyday that i get to use climbing to not only keep my body strong but also my mind

i love my beta🤷🏻 it’s heavily influenced by my dance training. also, balance is so important and not just when you’re doing slab. having balance while doing over hang helps keep you from swinging or twisting out of control. use that core girls. engage those abs 💅
