Summer semester is done. I’m officially moving on to my 4th semester. Only two left before Houston. Eyes on the prize. I’m tired, I’m worn out, and I’m losing my mind. But I prayed for this struggle. School has not stopped me, simply slowed me down a bit. Still minus thirty pounds, up three poems, and fuck boy free. Thank you to the family and friends who have been there for this journey. Happy Father’s Day to my dad❤️
He’s not perfect, but he was perfect for us. He has earned my respect and grace for the rest of his life.
