Črnuški svatje in njihov Črnuški šlager! 🪩💠

20 photos, because apparently I’m incapable of summarising a weekend. 🇸🇪

Went to Stockholm to celebrate Jan, stayed for the schlager, the sunshine, the people, the memories… and the discovery that Stockholm has a Jakobsbergsgatan AND Jakobsarkaden. Finally, the recognition I deserve. 😌

From Avicii to singing schlager at its natural habitat, surprise reunions, birthday chaos and a ridiculous amount of laughter… Stockholm, you were very good to me this time. 💛💙

And @janveharsson… I’d organise the whole ridiculous thing all over again. ❤️
Grattis igen, födelsedagsbarn! 🥳 by @jakobkapus

Every landing carries a little bit of emotion. ✈️

Gratitude for the journey. 🤍
A touch of sadness that it’s over. 🌙
Curiosity about where to go next. ✨

The best part?

There’s always another flight waiting. ☁️

And sometimes, the most rewarding journeys begin the moment you decide to sit in the pilot’s seat. 🛩️ by @jakobkapus

Stockholm, can you stop making every trip better than the last? 😅

Met one of my musical heroes (hi, Linda Bengtzing 👋), watched artists I absolutely love, laughed way too much with people who feel like family, and somehow fell in love with this city all over again.

At this point I’m not even visiting Stockholm anymore.
I’m just returning. ❤️🇸🇪

I should probably just start paying taxes here. 😂 by @jakobkapus

When I was about ten years old, I had one very specific dream.

To stand on the Eurovision stage. ✨

The rest?

I hadn’t thought that far ahead. 😄

Apparently, life looked at that dream and said, “Cute. I have another idea.” 😅

Instead of putting me on the Eurovision stage, life kept sneaking Eurovision into my life in completely unexpected ways. Behind the scenes. Through choreography. Through unforgettable people and experiences. Collecting memories ten-year-old me couldn’t even have dreamed of. ❤️

Plot twist: I’d still end up living the dream… just from an angle I never expected. 🎭

And now, in two weeks, another one.

I’ll be representing OGAE Slovenia at FanVision in Munich during @eurovision.weekend 🇸🇮🎤

Now, my ten-year-old self would immediately point out that this isn’t actually the Eurovision stage.

And… he’s technically correct. 😂

He’d also probably be slightly concerned by how seriously I’m taking this.

He’s correct about that too. 🤷‍♂️

Will I be behaving as if I’m opening the Eurovision Grand Final?

Without a shred of embarrassment. 💅✨

Because maybe life doesn’t give you the exact dream you imagined. It gives you the opportunity to live a version of it… and then quietly asks what you’re going to do with it.

My answer?

Learn the choreography. 💃

Obsess over every detail. 🤓

Overthink the outfit. 👀

Probably have a minor existential crisis five minutes before going on stage. 😅

Then walk out there and enjoy every single second. ❤️

Because if life gives me stage lights, a microphone, and a room full of Eurovision fans…

…I’m making the absolute most of it. ✨

So if you happen to see me in Munich living my full Eurovision fantasy for three glorious minutes…

I’m busy living my childhood dream. 💁‍♂️✨

I’ve been rehearsing for this since I was ten. ❤️ by @jakobkapus
