Creating memories ❤️
Such a joy to share these moments with my family.
An epic memory chasing aurora with my daughter Eva that she’ll never forget 💚

Our big boy Beniah is 16!
Growing up into a young man! We love you buddy and are super proud of the young leader you’re becoming, and your passion for Jesus. We love your big heart ❤️
Again another birthday has synced with a NZ visit, so I thought I’d do a little comparison of Beniah with Minnie the deer. 2018 vs 2026 by @james.garlick

We have another teenager! 😅
Eva turns 13 today! Little miss long legs!
Love you darling, growing up into a beautiful young woman. Proud of you!
Her birthday just happens to sync with another visit to NZ to see family and celebrate the life of Alana’s 96 year old Gran who has sadly just left us. 😔
So thought I’d recreate this snap from 2018 taken in Gran’s garden which she loved so much ❤️ by @james.garlick

Aurora Fire. The big one from 11-5-24

Literally a fire of colour looking directly east from the Goats Bluff lookout. One of the best aurora I have witnessed during my years of chasing down here in Tasmania! Intense the colour was to the naked eye.

A little Melb getaway with the wifey to celebrate 26 years together (20.5 married) Love ya babe! 😘 Was great to see @antiskeptic play again after all these years! (And bump into a few mates in the process!) Also the Cirque du Soleil “Kooza” show which was awesome! Also great to catch up with good friends! by @james.garlick

Garlick Autumn 2026 snap! Eva catching up to Mummy! Ben still chasing me! by @james.garlick

Shortly after this photo was taken I was surrounded by 100’s of people 😂🤪
Which is a bit precarious near cliff edges 😅
I did have to edit at least 3 people out of this shot 😂
People came out in droves this night, and I made a fatal error of choosing a popular hotspot which isn’t ideal when you don’t want people photobombing you 🤪😂
All that aside it’s a wonderful experience to share this moment with so many people! Glad folks got out to witness it!! Was great to share conversations, especially with those seeing Aurora for the first time 💚

It has been a real joy lately being able to share epic moments like this with my family members! Amazing memories created together! I’m not sure what’s more impressive. The Aurora? Or the fact Beniah managed to stay as still as he did in that pose for the long exposure 😂🤷🏽‍♂️

My beautiful mummy passed away this morning.
I love you so much. No more suffering, no more dementia, peacefully taken away and now home with Jesus. Thank you for being such a wonderful mum and Lola ❤️ by @james.garlick
