“The Matrix” is a documentary. Part 2.

The red pill is real — and there’s studies on it.

That’s @brucelipton, @drjoedispenza and @thegabrielmethod — three of 35 people I sat down with for Transcendence. @gabbybernstein, @marieforleo, @thefoodbabe and @koyawebb are in it too.

Comment FILM and I’ll send you the entire series, free.

Here’s what the research actually found…

Give a drug a name people can’t pronounce and it works better. They’re intimidated by it, so they hand over their power.

Charge more for it. Works better.

Have the doctor seem genuinely excited about it. Better again.

None of that is the chemistry. That’s you.

Your body reads the packaging and starts making the pharmacy to match.

Then it gets stranger.

One group got chemotherapy. Another group thought they were getting chemotherapy and weren’t.

30% of the fake group lost their hair.

Which means belief runs both directions. It can heal you. And it can make you sick. There’s a name for that one — the nocebo effect.

So the real question was never whether the pill works.

It’s what your body is already doing the moment you’re convinced it will.

Comment FILM and I’ll send it over.

Let’s go down the rabbit hole 🐰🕳️

They swallowed a camera to film what happens inside your stomach.

Comment FILM and I’ll send you the entire series, free.

@drlibby breaks down the experiment in Transcendence. Two groups. One ate noodles made from scratch — flour, water, a simple broth. The other ate supermarket packet noodles with the sachet, plus a blue sports drink. Both swallowed pill-sized cameras.

Four hours later, the homemade meal was gone. Broken down to white fluff. Exactly what’s meant to happen.

The packet noodles still had teeth marks in them.

Four hours of stomach acid and digestive enzymes, and they’d barely changed shape.

And the blue drink had dyed the noodles blue inside the body. That dye is derived from petroleum. We have no mechanism for breaking petroleum down.

Libby’s question is the one I keep coming back to: do these things belong in a human body at all?

To be straight with you — this was a small demonstration, not a large trial. But I’ve never been able to unsee it.

So tell me: packet noodles. Still in your cupboard, or gone for good? 👇

Libby is one of 35 people I sat down with for Transcendence, alongside @drmarkhyman, @thefoodbabe, @drjoshaxe, @thedrtomobryan and @brucelipton. A series about healing, transformation, and reclaiming sovereignty over your body, your mind and your life.

The Matrix is a documentary not a sci-fi...
So do you want the red pill or the blue pill?
Do you want to take control of your reality or let it be controlled by those who seek control?
Do you want better health, relationships and abundance?
Or do you want to be at the whim of the “system”.
The choice is yours.
If you want the red pill — to take command of your mind and your reality — the starting point is always education and self empowerment.
That’s Bruce Lipton, by the way. One of 35 experts I sat down with for the Transcendence docu-series.

4 weddings. 4 countries. 1 love.

Last year we got married in Australia. Then Bali. Then Ibiza. Then the grand finale in LA.

Don’t ask me why we thought that was a good idea — looked a lot easier on paper than it did in real life.

And the craziest part? It all started with a vision on mother aya.

Grateful to spirit. To life. To creator. To source. To all of it.

Couldn’t imagine a better person to do this with @onefinedre. You’re a real one. Deep soul.

Here’s to year one. And to many more to come.

Tom Brady called Frosted Flakes poison for kids. He wasn’t exaggerating.

@drjoshaxe and @thefoodbabe on why it mattered, in Transcendence.

Comment FILM and I’ll send you the entire series, free.

Here’s what Brady actually said:

“The fact that they can sell that to kids — that’s poison for kids, but they keep doing it. That’s just America, and that’s what we’ve been conditioned to. So we believe that Frosted Flakes are actually food.”

Read that last line again. We believe that Frosted Flakes are actually food.

Not because anyone checked. Because we were conditioned to.

Josh’s take is that Brady’s credibility comes from living it. Playing at that level, at that age, at that standard — we’d never seen it before. When someone’s actually doing the thing they’re preaching, it lands differently.

Vani said she screamed from the rooftops when she heard it. Finally, an athlete sticking up for children.

And that’s the part worth sitting with. It took one of the most famous athletes on earth, at the very end of his career, to say something out loud that every food scientist already knew.

Everyone else has a sponsor.

We need more role models willing to take that plunge, because the message our kids get about food is being written almost entirely by the people selling it to them.

So tell me — what did you grow up eating for breakfast that you’d never give your own kids? 👇

Josh and Vani are two of 35 people I sat down with for Transcendence, alongside @drmarkhyman, @thedrtomobryan, @drlibby and @brucelipton. A series about healing, transformation, and reclaiming sovereignty over your body, your mind and your life.

“The Truman Show” is a documentary. And you’re still on the set.

Comment FILM and I’ll send you the entire series, free.

@vishen calls it the culturescape, and once you see it you can’t unsee it.

It’s the tangled web of rituals, habits, beliefs and mythologies that your culture, your religion, your country, your schooling and your media pour into you from the day you arrive. Nobody sits you down and explains it. You absorb it, and then you mistake it for reality.

Here’s the script it hands you.

Get the degree. Get the good career. Work the nine to five. Make partner at the firm. Two and a half cars in the garage, a partner, two kids. Then one day, when you’re 60, you finally retire and see the world.

Read that back and notice something. You didn’t write any of it.

And it made sense once. After the war, the culturescape was about rebuilding and staying safe, and it did its job. But we’re not in that world anymore. What people actually want now is self-discovery and creation, and the old rules keep engulfing them anyway.

Vishen’s line is the one I keep coming back to:

The culturescape was designed to keep us safe. It was never designed to keep us happy.

Truman didn’t know he was on a set. Everyone around him was in on it, the sky was painted, and the world worked perfectly as long as he never questioned it.

The uncomfortable part isn’t that the set exists. It’s how long you can live on it without noticing.

So tell me — which part of the script did you follow without ever choosing it? 👇

Eating low fat? Still gaining? It was never the fat.

Comment FILM and I’ll send you the entire series, free.

@drmarkhyman lays this out in Transcendence, and it’s the part of the story most people have never been told.

The whole idea that sugar is fine, carbs are fine and fat is the enemy came out of the 1960s. And it wasn’t an accident.

Sugar was being implicated in heart disease. So the sugar industry and its lobby set out to vilify fat and clear sugar.

They hired two scientists from Harvard and paid them the equivalent of $50,000 in today’s money to write a review of the research.

That paper ran in the New England Journal of Medicine in 1967. Science for hire.

It worked. It launched the low-fat, high-carb era that shaped how two generations were taught to eat.

Then look at what happened after the dietary guidelines landed in 1980. Obesity and diabetes go hockey stick. A sevenfold increase in the rate of diabetes worldwide.

Because when you take the fat out, something has to replace it. And what replaced it was sugar and refined flour.

Americans now get through roughly 152 pounds of sugar and 146 pounds of flour per person, per year.

That’s about a pound a day. For every man, woman and child.

Our bodies were never adapted to that.

So if you spent years choosing the low-fat option and wondering why nothing worked — it wasn’t discipline. You were following advice that was bought.

So tell me, did you grow up on low-fat everything? 👇

Searching for your purpose? Your childhood may have already left you a clue.

Comment FILM and I’ll send you the entire series, free.

@vishen shares one of the best models he’s found for uncovering purpose. It comes from Amir Ahmad Nasr, a writer who came to Canada as a Sudanese refugee.

Amir’s idea is simple and a little confronting.

The pain you went through as a child, in the years when you were still growing into yourself, is very often a sign of what you’re here to do.

Not despite it. Because of it.

The kid who was never listened to becomes the person who makes others feel heard. The kid who was sick becomes the one who helps people heal. The kid who felt like an outsider builds the place where outsiders belong.

So think back. What did you go through that you wouldn’t wish on anyone?

That might be exactly where your purpose is hiding.

So tell me, what’s the pain you now suspect was pointing somewhere? 👇

Can’t find your purpose? You’re probably looking in the wrong place.

Comment FILM and I’ll send you the entire series, free.

This is the great @philip_mckernan . We first met speaking together at one of the early Mindvalley events in Mexico, and years later he became one of the voices in Transcendence.

Philip is a true tour de force on purpose, passion and conscious impact. And he’s one of the clearest thinkers I know on the quiet drift that happens to so many coaches, podcasters and creators, where the thing you built to serve people slowly becomes the thing you serve.

His point here is simple and it changed how I think about it.

People ask him constantly: how do I find my purpose? How do I find my passion?

His answer: stop trying to find it.

Finding implies it’s out there somewhere. Under the bed. Behind a counter. In a book you haven’t read yet.

It isn’t. It’s already in you. It needs to be uncovered, not found.

And he’s met so many people who came to him 10, 15, 20 years in, arguably too late, to realise that what they’d spent their life chasing was never really part of who they are.

So where do you look?

Go back. Your patterns, your self-sabotage, who you are at the core. It’s all in your story. That’s where the clues to your gift are hiding.

So tell me: what’s one moment from your story that you suspect holds a clue? 👇

Slept 8 hours and still woke up feeling like you’d been hit by a bus? That’s not a sleep problem.

@drlibby explains it in Transcendence.

Comment FILM and I’ll send you the entire series, free.

When you live in a stressed state long enough, you can end up in adrenal fatigue. It’s what happens when your adrenal glands can no longer sustain that level of cortisol output.

You wake up wrecked. The fatigue is deep and relentless. And it doesn’t respond to sleeping more, because sleep was never the problem.

Libby’s point is that energy is the real currency of health. When you don’t have it, everything is harder.

Being tired changes the food you choose. Whether you get off the couch and go for a walk. The jobs you apply for. The friends you make. The way you talk to yourself, and the way you speak to everyone you love.

That’s the cost. Not just feeling flat.

Here’s the part worth saving.

When you’re stuck in fight or flight, she says the only thing science currently knows that gets you out of it is to extend the length of your exhale.

Not the inhale. The exhale.

The other arm of your nervous system is the parasympathetic — rest, digest, repair. And in that state your body works properly again. It’ll even use your body fat as fuel, simply because it’s finally getting the message that you’re safe.

How to do it: breathe in through your nose and let your belly rise. Gentle pause. Then breathe out slowly through your nose, longer than the inhale, and let your belly draw back toward your spine.

Slow it down and your nervous system gets the message.

That’s the whole switch. It’s free, and you can do it right now.

So tell me — when did you last wake up actually rested? 👇
