POSTS STORIES REELS

I knew I wanted more for myself. I just didn’t know how to get there.

For years, I had low self-worth, no direction and habits that were taking me further away from the man I wanted to become.

I couldn’t change my upbringing. But I had to take responsibility for what came next.

Boxing gave me structure. Faith gave me purpose. Keeping promises to myself helped me build self-respect.

There were mistakes along the way. There still are. I’m still learning, still being tested and still working on myself.

That’s where Leader 365 comes from. ⚔️🛡️

Leader 365 is about becoming a man who can lead himself and take responsibility for his life.

Knowing your values. Having a vision. Building the health, discipline and confidence to follow through on it.

It’s in how you train, how you spend your time, how you treat your family and what you do when things get difficult.

The 365 means showing up for that work every day. Even when motivation is low. Even when nobody sees it. And when you get something wrong, owning it and getting back to work.

Through my coaching, I help men put that into practice—building structure, taking ownership and working towards a life they can be proud of.

I know what it feels like to be stuck. It’s why this work means so much to me.

Life Champions Aren’t Born — They’re Made.

Champion this era of your life. ⚔️🛡️

DM me “LEADER” if you’re ready to start.

My client joined Leader 365 at the start of the year after years of trying to get in shape on his own.

He’s in his mid-40s with a busy life, work responsibilities and all the pressures that come with it.

Like a lot of men, losing weight wasn’t always the problem.

Keeping it off was.

He’d train, eat better and make progress. Then life would get busy, routine would disappear, nutrition would become reactive and old habits would creep back in.

Fast forward to now…

33KG DOWN. 💪🏻

But the weight loss is only part of the transformation.

It’s one thing getting the weight off. It’s another becoming the man who keeps it off.

He now trains consistently, takes control of his nutrition and is becoming fitter, stronger and more physically capable.

We’ve also shifted the focus towards performance. He’s taken up running and we’re now working towards his first 10K.

Because eventually, your goal should become bigger than the scales.

⚔️ Can I run a 10K?
⚔️ Can I get stronger?
⚔️ Can I improve my fitness?
⚔️ What is my body capable of?

A big turning point came when we identified his pattern of reactive nutrition.

He realised that even when work gets hectic and life becomes demanding, he still controls his daily decisions.

That’s what makes results sustainable.

Not another 8-week diet.
Not relying on motivation.

It’s building the habits and behaviours of a man who takes care of himself regardless of what life throws at him.

And being in your 40s doesn’t mean your best physical years are behind you.

33kg down is a brilliant achievement, but this is only the warm-up.

Now we’re building towards bigger goals.

Because leadership starts with learning to lead yourself.

That’s what we do inside Leader 365.

Champion this era of your life. 💪🏻

You’ve been saying you want to get fitter. Come and join us. ⚔️🛡️

The Leader 365 Men’s Running Club is a chance to get out the house, clear your head and get a run in with a good group of men.

No egos. No pressure to prove yourself. All fitness levels welcome.

You don’t need to get fit before you join. That’s something we work on together.

We put three pillars of Leader 365 into practice:

⚔️ DAILY EXECUTION — Getting your trainers on and taking action on something you’ve been saying you want to do.

⚔️ MINDSET — Giving yourself a chance to clear your head, challenge yourself and build confidence through effort.

⚔️ DISCIPLINE — Making time and showing up, even when you’d rather stay in bed or put it off another week.

Meet a few new faces. Be part of a group that supports you. Head home knowing you’ve done something for yourself.

When you start feeling better in yourself, you start asking, “What else could I do?” 👊

A lot of men join Leader 365 getting into training for the first time, unsure where to start with exercise or nutrition.

We start by building the foundations. A realistic training routine, a better understanding of food and small commitments they can keep around work and family.

Over time, they tell me they feel more confident. Their head feels clearer. They start trying things they would have talked themselves out of before.

That’s what we’re seeing with this client. We’ve been building those foundations, he’s recently added running, and we’re gradually building it up.

Now he’s just recorded his second-fastest 10K. 🔥

He’s seeing what he’s capable of, and we’re ready to build on that with the next stage of his programme.

If you’re watching this thinking you’d love to feel that way again, message me START. Let’s find your starting point.

Champion this era.

🥊 THE BOXER VS THE BRAWLER 👊🏼

James Cameron is a WKA British boxing champion, but now he faces a whole new challenge as he makes his bare knuckle debut.

Macauley Howes has three bare knuckle fights under his belt, with two wins. He knows what it takes to compete in this game.

A champion boxer making his debut against an experienced bare knuckle fighter. Who are you backing? 👀

Coffee for breakfast. Lunch pushed back by another meeting. Home starving and straight into the cupboards.

Then you tell yourself, “I need to get a grip tomorrow.”

Sound familiar, mate?

Before blaming your evening habits, look at how you’re eating during the working day.

Work gets your attention. Everyone else gets your time. Your food gets whatever’s left.

Start with something manageable: pack your lunch, include protein in your meals and have a snack ready for those busy afternoons.

Give yourself a chance to finish work without feeling absolutely ravenous.

You can still enjoy dinner, a snack and meals out while working towards your goals. Build a routine you can actually keep. 👊

Save this for your next working week. If you need help building that structure, DM me “LEADER”.

You promised yourself you’d get in shape this year. How many more Januarys are you going to say that?

Work, family, everyone needing something from you. It’s easy to reach November and realise you’ve barely made time for yourself.

Pick one goal for Christmas. Book training around your actual week. Start building the energy, confidence and self-respect you’ve been missing.

DM me LEADER. Tell me what keeps slipping and we’ll talk about a plan that fits your week.

🥊 COME ON THE JOURNEY WITH ME.

👊🩸 Boxing and Bareknuckle

Helensburgh boxer Winning WKA Scottish, Celtic, District and British titles, boxing has helped shape the man I am today.

Faith, discipline, integrity and courage guide how I train, how I coach and how I show up for the people around me.

As I continue my journey in boxing and step into bare knuckle boxing, I’m looking to build partnerships with local businesses and supporters who share those values.

Giving back matters to me. Through my coaching and men’s running club, now over 60 members strong, I’m helping men build confidence, improve their health and find a community where they belong.

I also share my story through school talks, including returning to my own school, Hermitage Academy. I want young people to understand that their background doesn’t have to decide their future.

I want my journey to show what’s possible when you take responsibility for your life and commit to the work.

If that’s a journey you’d be proud to be part of, I’d love to hear from you. There are one-off fight camp packages and monthly contribution options available.

📩 Message me “JOURNEY” and let’s grab a chat.
