YOU ARE AN IRONMAN I have visualized this moment and replayed what hearing those words would sound like in my mind for almost two years. It is what got me through tough days, really early mornings, two-a-days, and times when I questioned why I was even doing this in the first place.. It has been such an incredible journey with many highs and many lows. But what remained consistent was the eagerness to learn, grow, improve, and become the best version of myself in the process. Although this is a singular sport, I did not get here on my own. It truly takes a village.. @katievanhumbeck - the best supporter I could ask for. Thank you for always cheering for me on and off the course. Your patience and understanding is immeasurable. @alex.banville - the best coach and friend in the business. You walk the walk and talk the talk - leading by example as a true leader does. Thank you for helping me achieve this dream. The Rapido Amigos, the entire AB Coaching team, all my friends & family, to all my clients - all your support made this happen! THANK YOU! 📸: @zonetwo.media & @emmahhhhhhhh

Iceland 🇮🇸 Travel has brought me so growth as an individual. Each new place I visit has taught me so much about myself and just how much kindness there really is in the world. Thank you to each and everyone I’ve met along the way no matter how small the moment - it will have a lasting impression. My heart is full of gratitude. #iceland #waterfalls #bluelagoon #icelandichorses #travel by @jamesmichaeld_

You don’t need more discipline, you need better people around you All the online bros preach solitude and “locking in”… but here’s the truth: You’ll go way further when you surround yourself with people on the same mission. Recently, I was thanking my client @jason.boudreau for all the introductions he’s made to M PERFORM and he hit me with this: “My pleasure, I now have buddies I can work out with instead of drinking buddies.” That’s what real change looks like—replacing your old environment with one that supports progress. M PERFORM isn’t just about building strength and losing fat. It’s about building your community 🚀 P.S. PROJECT: 100 drops next week, a hundred day program to erase a year of excuses. If you’ve been waiting for the right time to level up with, this is it. 💥 Tag the ones you’re building with 👇 @hay88 @jamesmichaeld_ @pazuka @move_with_noah @moffatt.sm by @jamesmichaeld_
this month hits a little different for me. struggling in silence was my normal. Putting on a mask and trying my best to fit in and hide my struggles. I did this from my early teens until I turned 30. Now, no masks, no hiding. I am authentically me every day and I couldn’t be happier. Facing my pain and trauma head on helped heal me from the inside out. If you are struggling - please talk to someone, send me a message, I will be here for you. There is help, and you are not alone. 💙💙💙 by @jamesmichaeld_
“But we’ve been friends since we were kids..” In most cases, growth requires goodbyes. If you know me, you know I shout from the rooftops how important your environment is. It is either helping you grow, or slowly killing you.. If your friends are draining your energy, downplaying your goals or dreams, mock your healthy habits or routines - let them go. They are not serving you. Show me your friends and I will show you your future. These are some of mine, and they are always the hardest workers in the room. Audit your circle, and often. Mont-Tremblant Ironman 70.3 2025 What a weekend seeing Mike and friends complete such a challenging course in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec! So very proud of each and everyone of you 🤍🙏 #ironman70.3 #monttreblant #quebec #ironman #triathlon #swim #bike by @jamesmichaeld_
Think about it—out of all the chaos in the universe, somehow we exist. Somehow, we have bodies that move, eyes that see, minds that process the impossible beauty around us. Right now, I’m on two thin wheels, flying down a mountain in Spain at 80 km/h, completely present, completely alive. It’s insane that we get to do this—breathe, feel, experience. Life is wild. Don’t waste it. 📸: @cyclesierranevada by @jamesmichaeld_
