POSTS STORIES REELS

I’m not just here for the playlists…but they do always hit ❤️‍🔥

Hi 👋🏼 I’m Jamie — 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, fitness instructor, and lover of house music.

I found yoga over a decade ago, and over the years, I’ve fallen in love with movement driven by music and sound - the kind that pulls you out of your head and back into your body. 😮‍💨

Movement, for me, has become so much more than physical. It’s a way to reconnect with myself, regulate my nervous system, and build community. It’s been one of the most powerful tools in my own healing journey. 🧘🏼‍♀️

In a world where showing up every day can feel like a lot, I’m passionate about creating spaces where folks can feel seen, supported, and recharged - exactly as they are. I’m here to share the tools that have helped me heal and grow stronger, so you can feel more grounded and connected to yourself, too. 🫂

Whether you’re here to move, heal, or be in good company, you’re in the right place. If you ever have questions, reflections, or just want to share your favorite workout song, my DMs are always open. 💭

Looking forward to turning up the volume on movement, healing, and joy…together! 🥰

For a long time, I was disconnected from my body. I avoided discomfort and thought that ignoring my needs was the answer. Maybe it was at some point, but now I’m finding ways to rewire this.

I’ve been learning that healing begins when we listen to our body. Somatic practices and movement have taught me to slow down, to notice what is happening inside, and to welcome every part of myself with compassion. That last part is hard 😮‍💨

Yoga has been a powerful doorway back. Through breath and movement, I’m reminded that my body is not an obstacle but a guide, and one that is worth tuning into.

I don’t get it right every day, but the more I come back to these practices, the more I’m starting to feel at home with myself.

My first Mother’s Day 💐

A year ago, I was at my lowest, wondering if I’d ever get to celebrate this day for myself. Today, I’m still getting to know this new version of me but all I can say is I’m so happy to finally meet her.

Motherhood has already changed me, and so has the love surrounding me. The support from my village during this season is something I’ll carry forever. Thank you to everyone who has shown up with meals, flowers, phone calls, advice, solidarity 😆, truly love in all its forms. I wanted to highlight a few cherished moments with some of you who helped carry me here. What a ride 🥹😮‍💨 by @jamiegreensphan
