i have heard from many this is the best tallow balm they have tried!!

it’s rich and creamy with a very natural, lovely scent.

i use local, grass fed fat and steep it in organic, skin loving herbs for several days (lavender, rose, yarrow & comfrey)

I add a tiny bit of organic avocado oil and some essential oils and that is it!

✨it has a million uses and is 💯 safe for use on babies and pets.

it deeply nourishes your skin and won’t clog pores!

Merry Christmas!! by @jane.allen.chaisson

if you’re like me and cooler, dryer weather = DRY SKIN
read on..

the absolute best thing I have found to soothe and moisturize dry as a desert legs is..

TALLOW!

literally, hands down, I promise you, this stuff is the most absorbable, moisturizing, protective substance you will ever find.

that’s because it’s made from animal fat, so it’s bioidentical to our skin! and loaded with the exact vitamins our own skin loves and craves.

you will feel a world of difference to plant based skin care in terms of just how insanely moisturizing it is!

I use it in my sensitive face as well and have never had any break outs.

I make my own tallow-based balm (FAT BALM) from 💯 local grass fed/finished tallow. I render it in small batches and then steep it for several days in wild crafted yarrow, rose, lavender & comfrey. I add a touch of organic avocado oil at the end, whip it up and jar it!

I make a batch every couple of months or so and the last batch sold out in less than 24 hours.😳 most of my customers are repeat customers because once you try it, you fall in love ❤️

I have a few jars on hand and am taking preorders for a new batch which will be ready next week!

Comment below TALLOW or DM me to grab yours!

Tallow is literally the best thing I’ve ever put on my dry skin.

It is rich in antioxidants: Vitamins A, D, K, B12 and E - a unique blend you can only find in animal products which is extremely nourishing for your skin.

it’s anti-inflammatory.

it doesn’t clog pores and works WITH your sebaceous glands (it is bio-identical with our skin)
and you will INSTANTLY feel what that means in the way it absorbs in and hydrates dry skin.

Tallow helps skin produce collagen and is one of our ancestors best kept beauty secrets.

My tallow balm (Fat Balm)is grass fed/finished, rendered in small batches and then steeped in wild crafted yarrow, rose, lavender & comfrey.

I add some organic avocado oil to soften it, and essential oils of lavender, patchouli, chamomile, cypress & clary sage (but the scent is very, very mild and loved by all who try it.)

🚨🚨🚨I am getting ready to make another small batch of Fat Balm which usually sells out in 24 hours!

Comment TALLOW below to pre-save yours or watch my stories for the drop!

(Yes, I do ship within Canada!)

Mamas, we are wired to give, and give, and give and give and GIVE.

don’t forget to PRIORITIZE giving to your SELF in the most simple, supportive ways:

🌲SOLO time in NATURE: even 5 minutes of this can be so rejuvenating!!!!

💧 Mineral salt bath: light candles & lock the door!!!

🧘‍♀️guided meditation: use noise cancelling head phones if necessary 👌🏽

💃exercise (find something you enjoy!!)

👯‍♀️heart to heart chats with a dear friend

****

🚩depletion can show up like resentment..it’s not your husbands fault you’re not taking time for you, you just gotta PRIORITIZE it.

What would you add to the list?👇

My first miscarriage actually didn’t involve any other soul but mine.

It was my first pregnancy. I desperately wanted a baby.

My soul created a pregnancy to help me move a LIFETIME of pain that I was unconsciously holding.

My future baby needed my body to be more at ease, my heart more open and connected.

And at the time, even after years of engaging in various forms of healing work, I was still largely avoiding feeling my pain and spent hours a day trying to energy work it away, rather than feel the depths of it which is what was needed to actually move through and integrate.

🕊️So what happened in my life was perfect.

An INCREDIBLY painful experience.

The most earth shattering thing that could happened at the time.

When I found out I was pregnant, miscarriage wasn’t even remotely on my radar. I was expecting a Pisces (my sun sign), believed the baby to be a girl. I was SO excited and SO in love, straight away.

Which was part of the design.

Losing that pregnancy 9 weeks in cracked me open so profoundly.
I cried and wailed and screamed and wept on the floor for days.

At that point, I don’t know if I had cried in years. Not even when my father passed.
I was so emotionally numb, so disconnected from my body.

My soul created the experience I needed to release a lifetime worth of pain AND connect me back to my heart, my true self.

There is ALWAYS perfection in experiences like these. As painful as they are,
Pain is always our teacher.

The more you surrender to your experience, the lighter you will feel.

Trust in its perfection. Trust in God. And open yourself up to receiving the wisdom, the teaching, the blessing that is hidden within it. This will help to set you free❤️❤️❤️

Lots of love,

Jane

the only way to heal something is to feel it fully.

this goes for allll of the things that happen in our lives.

we must give ourselves the time and space to feel, to allow the emotion to roll through us and release.

miscarriage is one of the most painful experiences I’ve felt in this lifetime, and I know it is possible to fully heal from the experience because my first two miscarriages no longer trigger any kind of emotional response.

this goes for all of life’s experiences - when you no longer feel emotional talking about them, you have resolved the trauma.

and most people don’t realize that resolution is often as simple as fully feeling the entirety of the emotions triggered by the event - in a safe, loving environment where you feel held.
and yes, it can take a bit of time too, depending on the scenario.

things will happen in your life, on purpose, to help you see all of the pain associated with the life event.

like in the case of miscarriage - maybe you have a friend become pregnant immediately after yours happens.

this may feel like salt in the wound - but it’s actually Gods way of lighting up the wound and helping you make sure you pour honey into it, love yourself and feel all that needs to come up..

so much love you to if you’re healing from miscarriage and waiting for that next baby to bless your womb. ❤️❤️❤️

love Jane

today is my birthday so just for fun I’m giving away a few of my favorite things!

1) I am totally in love with my homemade tallow skincare (Fat Balm) and so is everyone who tries it! my tallow is rendered from PEI grass fed beef, and steeped in organic herbs which adds extra nutrients for your skin and takes out any meat smell. It’s amazing on everything from eczema, dry skin, diaper rash or just as a regular body butter or face cream!

2) Monat’s rejuvenique oil is honestly the last hair oil you will ever try. It’s made 💯from 12 nourishing oils with ZERO fillers. It’s anti-aging for your scalp and hair, and will add shine, hydration and growth like you’ve never experienced before!

3) Monat IR clinical mascara is my absolute favorite mascara. It provides nourishment to the lashes while also performing insanely well and being sooo easy to wash off. I LOVE it!!!

4) Monat IR clinical brow gel:
thick brows are all the rage these days and that’s one thing I’m so grateful my mom didn’t let me wax off in the 90’s😂 but if YOU weren’t so lucky this gel will help yours grow in thicker, stronger while also creating that look while you wear it!

Make sure you’re following @lovejaneorg, like this post, tag some friends who would like this prize (and/or the things I share on here 😉) and for 10 bonus entries share this post in your stories with a caption about the product you’re most excited to try! Winner will be announced on Monday and can live anywhere in Canada.

*this giveaway is not sponsored by Monat or Instagram.
