We came to the Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational BBQ with the sole intent to celebrate the people we love and what BBQ has given us - family, hugs, and fun. ❤️ I think we achieved that!!!!

It’s an absolute honour to share this experience with every team that competed at the Jack this year, y’all are winners for being invited. Big congratulations to Reserve Grand Champion B’s Que. Please 👏 my MINOR daughter, @just_katie_bbq who cooked 5th Place Chicken, this call was all hers! And @hssbbq Grant’s incredible 180 Dessert!!

Russell and I are still in disbelief that open hearts can lead SmellaQue to THE JACK GRAND CHAMPIONS!! 🔥 Happy 🇨🇦 Thanksgiving!!!

Making history as the first Canadian team to take home the title, Janice and her team have shown the world what Canadian BBQ is made of! 🇨🇦

We've had the pleasure of welcoming Janice into our Barbecues Galore stores to share her incredible knowledge and passion for BBQ with our community. Seeing her take home one of the biggest titles in competitive barbecue makes this win even sweeter!

The @napoleonproducts Apollo pit is in a class of its own. It may look familiar, but this Napoleon smoker is:
- Well made - when’s the last time you heard anyone say that?? Thick metal that is not “tinny” and quality finishes
- Casters 🛞 for mobility
- Latches for increased stability
- Stacking features provide flexibility for convection and grilling. And for vertically challenged gals like me, an option to cater to my height 😆
- While I initially scoffed at a small basket for charcoal, this unit is so well sealed, this pit / grill runs hot 🔥
This Napoleon cooker ran like a champ 🏆smoking chicken, ribs, pork shoulder and brisket. No walks in the competition, but that’s because I forgot the flavors of Texas. Regardless, this is a great pit that’s efficient and versatile! I had a great time running these pits. by @janice_smellaque

Look 👀 who it is!! Sometimes it takes all year to take a picture… it’s Bill Purvis everyone!!! 💪

👏 I wouldn’t be feeding the 🔥 without Smoker Broker. Their generosity has enabled me to show y’all what I like to cook for dinner. My backyard would not be the centrepiece without you all. Thank you!!
