POSTS STORIES REELS

I am honored and grateful to have been voted Coastal Style’s Best Mental Health Professional of 2026. Thank you to every person who took the time to vote, support, and believe in me. This recognition means more than I can express.

What I love most about this work isn’t having the answers—it’s having the privilege of walking alongside people as they discover their own. Whether it’s navigating grief, anxiety, relationships, trauma, change, or simply the uncertainty that life inevitably brings, I believe healing begins when someone feels truly seen, heard, and accepted. Being invited into those moments is a responsibility I never take for granted.

This community has given so much to me. Watching people find their voice, rediscover hope, build healthier relationships, and realize they are far more resilient than they believed is the greatest gift of my career. Thank you for allowing me to hold space for your stories, celebrate your victories, sit with your pain, and witness your growth. It is an honor every single day.

SWIPE as I give KUDOS to “my team.” ✨

This award isn’t the finish line. It’s a reminder of why I started.

Here’s to continuing to help people feel seen, helping them navigate life’s hardest moments with compassion, and believing that growth is always possible.

With endless gratitude,

Jared 💙 by @jaredrowanwellness

Knowing your Horseman is helpful.

Knowing the antidote is where change happens. 🤍

Criticism → Gentle start-up
Contempt → Fondness & admiration
Defensiveness → Take responsibility
Stonewalling → Self-soothing

You don’t need perfect communication. You need the ability to recognize the pattern, repair, and try something different.

Halloween is over but apparently no one told my shirt. ⚰️🤍 Igor accessory is optional 🐈

Giving: mummy who survived the curse, got therapy, and now has brunch plans. by @jaredrowanwellness

New obsession unlocked. 🔓✨ Curry Culture understood the assignment — bold flavors, gorgeous space, and not a single crumb left behind. 🍛

Loving fall was red. 🍂♥️🧣 by @jaredrowanwellness

Criticism. Contempt. Defensiveness. Stonewalling.

Gottman calls these The Four Horsemen—communication patterns that can slowly erode connection when they become habitual.

The point isn’t to diagnose your relationship from one argument. It’s to notice the pattern so you can interrupt it.

And yes—each one has an antidote. That’s next. 🤍

Excuse the laryngitis recovery 😜

Dressed for Yoga Nidra and Sound, but make it Miss Robichaux’s Academy. 🔮🖤 Madison Montgomery would approve. Namaste, witches. @emmaroberts 😘 by @jaredrowanwellness

Full moon. Sound bath. Yoga Nidra.

A little magic, a lot of rest, and nervous systems finally exhaling. 🪄✨ 🌕 🛁 by @jaredrowanwellness

Just two totally normal witches regulating nervous systems under a full moon. 🌕🔮 No tricks—just parasympathetic treats. ✨ by @jaredrowanwellness

Happy 4th to midnights 🌙✨

Weekend fit, celebrating accordingly: vintage Taylor, fuzzy layers, denim, and a Swiftie hat just in case there was any confusion about where my loyalties lie.

It’s me. Hi. I’m overdressed for errands, it’s me. 🩵 by @jaredrowanwellness

I am loving the little things in my therapy office 🩵

The books, the fidgets, the cats (obviously), the things I’ve collected, and all the tiny details that somehow make a therapy office feel a little less like an office.
