I’m proud of my achievements. More so, by the means I’ve gotten them, which is by providing my clients with a competitive edge, me in their corner.

3 months into jobbing my love, recognised for being in the league of top achievers for Q2 2026 in the Top Rookie (10th position) and PropNex Gen (110th position). It has never been about the awards but I admit the validation that comes with it ignites the fire in me to burn brighter and do better for my clients who have given me the opportunity and trusted me.
To my clients, thank you. To my future clients looking to build a resilient financial portfolio, I’m ready whenever you are and it all begins with a chat! My obsession is making sure your property portfolio grows together with you. Nothing to lose, everything to gain! by @jarontanjj

Decided to do a short weekend dive trip with close friends for my birthday this year. Blessed with clear water and weather! Many thanks to @udivemalaysia and Instructor @heybeatrice_ ! by @jarontanjj

✨2025 asked me to be brave✨

after almost five years as a corporate tech girlie at tiktok, i closed that chapter and stepped fully into real estate — with faith, uncertainty, and a heart open to learn & serve 💛

there were wins and letdowns, moments that tested me, and people who stayed — clients who trusted me, believed in how i showed up, and some even became closer friends 🥹

i’m deeply grateful for every conversation, every lesson, every door that opened — and even those that didn’t.

we moved into our new home 🏡, discovered joy in new hobbies, and grew in ways that can’t be measured.

ending the year grounded, stronger, and ready for everything 2026 has in store 💫

with love,
Alyssa by @jarontanjj
