2025–2026 | Jarrell.MP4 | “Emotion.”

In life, the plans you have may be different than your expectations. No matter the situation, I never forgot that in the end I would always come out better than before.

Thank you @gatorscreative for giving an athlete like me the opportunity to get behind the camera and tell stories the way I see them. Thank you to all of the creatives around me who were ALL mentors in their own ways and helped me learn more about this world of art.

The biggest thing I took away from this year is that I am ultimately an artist, and I want to treat every project as such.

I’m very excited to see what the next year holds for me as a creative.

Year 1 in the books. ✌🏾🐊 by @jarrelljimenez

X @gatorsmbk - DPOY - Rueben Chinyelu 📰

I brought to life an idea that came from a dream, which led me back into working with Blender and DaVinci Resolve’s Fusion. Building on what I learned from my previous VFX project, I spent about two weeks working on this. A major inspiration for this piece was one of my favorite films in recent years, Godzilla Minus One, which also influenced my choice of soundtrack for the video. Things played out perfectly with @am_rueben winning DPOY which made this video even more special. Grateful for this opportunity to work on bigger projects, can’t wait to see what else the future holds.🙏🏾

X @gatorswbk • In the Swamp…Only gators get out alive🐊

I had an amazing opportunity to create this swamp and animation using Blender and DaVinci Resolve for Gators Women’s Basketball. Being new to VFX and Animation, I encountered countless trials and errors but through it all I successfully created what I had envisioned. This was a huge step in my goal in VFX and Sound Design and I can’t wait to work on more projects in the future!
