This week I retired from my private practice and my clinic closed after 32 wonderful years. Next week a new chapter begins as we move to a cottage by the sea on the Isle of Wight. To all my clients past and present thank you, it’s been a privilege. Love and health xxx by @jarv9999

Another great workshop coming up, I have been practicing Reflexology for almost 30 years and it still amazes me, so effective and direct as well as being incredibly relaxing and balancing to our systems. I love teaching this workshop looking at the theory and practise of this therapy and learning a basic, healing routine. A day packed full of information and fun. Interested? #mindbodymaintenance #helenjarvisaromatherapy #thamesdittonvillage #thamesdittonmums #thamesdittonhighstreet by @jarv9999
