Sometimes I get so caught up in the process that I forget why I started in the first place. I get so focused on the end goal, the things I want to improve, and how far I still have to go, that I forget to appreciate how far I’ve already come and sometimes i will get so caught up with it in my brain, i start to not enjoy being in the present moment & i’ve only just started realising it.

There have been times throughout my journey where I’ve felt frustrated, questioned myself, and wondered if all the hard work was worth it. But then I remind myself, the girl who started this journey, set goals for herself, put all her passion towards it and has become a better person because of it.

It’s so easy to become consumed by chasing the next goal that you forget to enjoy the journey you once dreamed of being on & i am posting this as a reminder for others and myself.

Never lose sight of your WHY. Remember the excitement, the passion, and the motivation that got you started in the first place.

Don’t become so focused on where you want to be that you forget to be proud of how far you’ve come. Fall back in love with the process, trust the journey, and never forget the reason you started. It will all eventually work out in the end, i promise 🫶🏼

Omg am i bit in my feels at the moment…
These couple of weeks i’ve really been reflecting on how far i’ve come over, not just these last couple of months, but years. Gosh it’s been one heck of a journey and hasn’t been easy but i’ve made it here. A start of a new chapter, new beginnings, new journey and one heck of a process.

I look back at my stage photos and comparison photos i’ve taken over this last year….gosh am i proud of myself! I looked back a couple days ago as it’s been a year ago today memories that have been coming up and WOW, I couldn’t be more excited about the package i’ll be taking to stage next. I’ve learnt so much within this process/journey that i’m so excited to see what this next journey/process has in store for me!

LFG! What’s next?! Idk… Or do i? 🚀👀⛏️ by @jasmine_annissa_
