Meet number 2 in the books! Overall satisfied with my performance. Weighed in at 196lbs

Squat: 562 lbs (22 lb meet PR)
⚪️⚪️⚪️

Bench: 175 lbs (strained pec recovery)
⚪️⚪️⚪️

Deadlift 622 lbs (60 lb meet PR)
🔴⚪️⚪️

Restrained my initial pec injury a little over 2 weeks ago, so being able to get under the bar at all was a blessing. Prior to injury, I wanted a 335 lb bench, which would’ve given me a qualifying total for nationals.
Thankful for my health and the circle of people whom have supported me throughout this prep.

@rileytownley24 Thanks for being my handler and videographer ;)

Already signed up for west regionals on September 12, so plenty of time to improve and produce my best performance yet!

Man, what a fun experience! I had the privilege of coaching these 6 through their first ever powerlifting meet. I’ve been personal training for years, and this has been the most fulfilling training experience I’ve ever had. Seeing the struggle, joy, and triumph of this group has truly been a blessing. I am honored that they all put their utmost effort and trust in me. Still so much to learn, and much more to come.
Till the next!💯

First USAPL Regionals in the books, overall satisfied with my performance.

655kg total (1441lbs) and 2nd place in my division. In a battle for first, I missed it by 5lbs 🤝

Squat: 540lbs
Wanted more, traveling definitely stunted my strength this meet, but I’ve learned what i need to do differently for next time.

Bench: 309lbs
Satisfied with this coming back from pec injuries. Originally wanted 300 and to come out injury free. So this was a success!

Deadlift: 595lbs
Had the potential to do more but overshot a tad to try and secure 1st place. 628lbs got up to mid thighs but just couldn’t lock it out this time.

Plan is to build a solid base with lots of volume and make sure I come into the next one super healthy 💪 by @jasonwhitefitness
