Medal Monday! Saturday was the spring Paleozoic trail race, Alvin Frank and I ran the 25k (15.5 miles) I finished 5th over all and 2nd in my age group. Big Congratulations to Alvin, he finished 1st overall male!!! Saturday was 365 days to the date from Alvin’s first trail race. In one year he’s gone from showing up ”I’ll give it a try” to WORLD DOMINATION, winning races! Making Local 17 proud.
