Month of February team stats: Full time Reps: 5 Issued Business: 94,232$ Commissions: 55,586$ New Reps getting licensed: 9 February was full of hard work and dedication. Although we came up a bit short of our goal of 100k issued, I’m proud of the way this group handles adversity. The structure and the system is in place for new reps to come in and change their lives financially — but it goes way beyond that. Financially, yes. But also mentally — building discipline, confidence, and resilience. Physically — pushing your capacity and raising your standard. Relationally — surrounding yourself with driven, accountable people. Spiritually — growing in character, integrity, and leadership. Every setback is feedback. Every no gets us closer to a yes. And every month we build more discipline, more skill, and more leadership. March is about elevation. We’re not chasing numbers — we’re building people. And when you build the right people, the numbers always follow. This is the month you stop feeling “new” and start feeling capable. The month you plug into the system, trust the structure, and let the process work. Beginning of 2026 we transitioned from summer D2D solar sales to remote Insurance Sales. Coming from an industry where I’ve made 6 figures every year, the decision wasn’t purely based on income but based on income, growth, scalability, and mentorship. This isn’t just something to get into for the next 2 years, make as much money as you can and get out. This is the plan to build something that lasts. My plan has been to come into the industry learning as much as I can as quickly as I can so I have the ability to teach others how to have location freedom, work-life control, sustainable success, scalable income, and real ownership over a business. When starting a business, there are highs, lows, teaching moments, and humbling ones. Since starting full time in January with 2 of my best friends, we issued 75,000$ of business in our first month, with 44,000$ in commissions. Coming brand new into the business, this is a good foundation, but the knowledge and skills we’ve gained this last month are going to compound to hitting our first 6 figure month in February. We’re early, we’re building intentionally, and we’re looking to grow with the right people. Whether you’re in D2D, sales, or looking for a career pivot. The transition isn’t just about a quick win but for sustainability, scalability, and owning your own business instead of just building someone else’s. by @vigil.hq
