Today was something special! 🥹💪🏼 My cousin and I did something WAY outside of our comfort zones, and I’m honestly so proud of us! Our time might not be the greatest, but I’m still so dang happy with how we did. We went into this with no formal training, not even knowing how to do some of the stations 😅, and a back injury… and somehow we walked away with ZERO PENALTIES. 🙌🏼 Oh and we added some extra running because we forgot what station we were on! 😆 We may not have been the fastest, but we showed up, pushed through, had fun, and absolutely crushed it! 🔥 #hyrox #hyroxamerica #hyroxsaltlakecity #fitness by @jayceemikelle32

✨JULY ✨ forever wishing for a July that never ends!!! ⭐️🩵🍉🇺🇸 by @jayceemikelle32
I read this on someone else’s post, and it resonated with my life so perfectly, so I wanted these words to have a permanent place on here. In a way, it keeps me accountable to stay strong and never settle. And It’s not just my heart I’m protecting, it’s my kids’ too. I have trust issues, not because I expect everyone to hurt me, but because my kids shouldn’t have to see me sad. My biggest fear is having my kids to get attached to someone pointless, only to wonder one day why they don’t get to see them anymore. by @jayceemikelle32
