OUR MINI VILLAGE

It’s a privilege to be surrounded by this much love.

It took a village — friends and family near and far, in person and in spirit — to make this night happen.

So, a huge thank you to our wonderful friends and family.

The definition of Racism = Racial Prejudice with Unfounded Beliefs + Irrational Fear + Institutional Power.

Not my formula , but a definition used by many scholars.

Thanks to one of my wonderful mentors @revdenisegillard for introducing me to such a wonderful formula and definition for a term that is often used, but rarely defined correctly.

Also big thanks to @blackhistory365education for hosting such an amazing student forum yesterday, bringing Black Student Activist from all around the world to discuss the importance of Black History. by @jayden.dill
