Surrendered and saved 💖 Psalms 37:5
In the rush of my own plans, God saw everything before I even knew I was headed the wrong way. I was rushing through life trying to control everything, making my own decisions, building my own path until God sat me down and slowed me down. He didn’t leave me there, he started me over. He changed my life and brought me out of my lowest, and for the first time, I understood that peace isn’t something I can force it’s something God gives when I stop fighting Him.
He blessed me with family and friends that sat on the phone with me for hours in silence never judged and poured life back into me when I felt alone. I surrendered and he saved me. Thank you to everyone that never left my side and always believed in me 🙏🏾 Today I’m celebrating my baptism, not because I have it all together, but because God met me where I was, healed me, and turned my story into something new. Forever grateful for the interruption, the restoration, and the love that brought me out. Lost nothing Gained God! 🤍✝️🕊️ by @jayyniceee
