How much water have you had today? 💦Wellness Wednesday Check-in! It’s been hot lately- so staying hydrated is key. Think water and electrolytes💡. Try making a hydration schedule. P.S. adding berries and lime can give your water a boost. Sound by: @aonoredspaces by @jazzykatinc

We are excited to share that our former camper and Junior Olympian, @lindssjohnsonn, has officially moved into Howard University! 💙❤️🎉
This summer, we had the privilege of conducting an exclusive interview with Lindsay, where she shared her inspiring journey and achievements. We are incredibly proud of all she's accomplished so far!

As she begins this new semester, let's show her our support!

Drop some running emojis 🏃‍♀️ or medals 🥇 in the comments if you want to see the full interview and wish her well on this exciting new chapter.

It’s 7-2 Day. ✨Over the weekend Jazmine Martin from JazzyKat volunteered with BLAC (Black Legacy Advancement Coalition) at Umoja Village, and witnessed their growth since Mrs. Katrina Crawley first met their founder Jerjuan Howard in 2022. Umoja Village transforms their neighborhoods by providing:
• Safe gathering spaces for children and adults
• Community garden access
• Debate skill development

📢Join us in celebrating their community impact by volunteering with @umojadebateleague and around the city.

🔵Over 50,000 Steps at the NFL Draft!🔵

This past weekend, JazzyKat Inc had the chance to attend the NFL Draft and was blown away by how much walking we ended up doing! Our step trackers clocked in 55,160 steps within four days.

It just goes to show that getting in your daily exercise doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, all it takes is getting up and moving around a bit more throughout your day.

Whether it’s exploring a new city, running errands, or just taking the stairs instead of the elevator, small changes can really add up. And the best part is, you don’t even have to think of it as “working out” - it can just be part of your regular routine.

So the next time you have the chance to get out and about, embrace it! #getupgetmoving #healthyliving #nfldraft #nfldraft2024 by @jazzykatinc

Giving Tuesday maybe over but giving doesn’t have to end! 💜

When @jazzykatinc was established in 2003, we realized the importance of connections and showing support to nonprofits, business owners, with values centered around health and wellness, lifestyle, and enhancing our community.

For giving Tuesday in collaboration with JazzyKat Inc turning 20 years, I am proud to announce your input allowed us to give over $280 to the following nonprofits who are doing amazing work, and changing lives!
