Another strong month in the books! October ’26 ✅ Grateful for the continued trust and momentum. by @jcluxurygroup

JUST SOLD | 16–18 Fulton Street, Weehawken | $1,525,000 🏡

Wow, what a journey! Nearly 11 months in the making, dating all the way back to December 2025.

This transaction had just about every roadblock imaginable. Rent leveling compliance issues, underground oil tanks, frozen pipes that caused significant flooding in February (which I happened to be around the corner to help contain!), financing challenges, and even a creative use-and-occupancy agreement that allowed the buyers to move in before closing.

Along the way, we also managed to negotiate nearly $100,000 in additional savings for my buyers to help offset changing market conditions and higher interest rates.

There were countless reasons this deal could have fallen apart. But by the grace of God, a whole lot of perseverance, creative problem-solving, and constant communication between both sides, we finally made it across the finish line!

After nearly 20 years in this business, transactions like this remind me why experience matters.

Buying a home is about so much more than finding the right property and negotiating a price. It’s about navigating everything that comes afterward, including the unexpected roadblocks that can derail a transaction.

If you’re considering buying, make sure you have someone in your corner who knows how to navigate those challenges and get you to the closing table.

Congratulations to my buyers! This one was especially rewarding. 🔑
