Happy heavenly birthday to you, 아빠~ Thank you for all that you’ve done, given, taught me… Most of all, thank you for showing me what a true gentleman is like… You loved the shit out Mom, and that itself is a huge blessing. Because you set the bar so high, I married a man who loves me unconditionally. I am beyond blessed to have had you as my 아빠… We love and miss you so much… Until we meet again…

It’s been 8 years since you left this world, Dad… We miss you every single day… Thank you for all the sweet memories we made and now treasure for the rest of our lives… Thank you for loving Mom beyond words… You showed me how a real gentleman is supposed to be, and because of you, I married a true gentleman… Thank you for being my counselor, teacher, friend, and… DAD! Love you to infinity and forever~🤍 벌써 아빠가 우리 곁을 떠난지 8년…

Happy Birthday, @jeannette052, my fellow 21er, rat, Bloody Mary lovin’ sister-from-another mister 🥳💗💜🎉 I love this life with you in it! by @jeannette0521

🌟 Just Leased! 🌟

A great way to start the week! 😎

2490 Michigan Drive in Claremont has just been leased at $4,300/month, and it is easy to see why. This single-story home offered the kind of space, charm, and lifestyle that renters are always searching for but rarely find in one place.

From the expansive lot and mature trees to the one-of-a-kind brick wrap-around porch, every detail created a warm and inviting feel. Inside, the flexible layout, updated features, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow made it stand out immediately.
The backyard alone, with its pool, greenery, and unique character, turned this into more than just a home. It became a lifestyle.

Homes like this do not stay available for long, especially in a community like Claremont with access to top-rated schools and a peaceful neighborhood setting.

Starting the week with another successful lease is always a reminder that the right property, priced and presented well, will always find the right tenant.

If you are considering leasing your property or looking for your next home, now is a great time to take that next step.
