It’s crazy how a game can become such a big part of who you are. High school basketball wasn’t just something I did after school — it became my safe place, my outlet, my family. The journey wasn’t perfect; there were doubts, frustration, exhaustion, and nights replaying mistakes, but that’s what made it real. To my teammates, you’re more than guys I shared a court with — you’re brothers, and what we built goes beyond any scoreboard. Losing Coach Lowery changed me. That was bigger than basketball. He believed in me, even on days I didn’t believe in myself. Now every time I lace up, I play with him on my mind. I play for him. I hope I make him proud.To all my coaches, thank you for pushing me and helping me grow into more than an athlete. I’m walking away with gratitude, love, and memories that will stay with me for life — and this isn’t the end of my journey, it’s just the beginning of the next chapter. ❤️ by @capsboysbball
