One of the coolest things about being a dad is getting to watch my little girl discover new things and find her own kind of adventure. 🛹 Watching my now 4-year-old hop on her new skateboard and start learning was such a proud dad moment. Seeing her try, learn, and build that confidence is something I’ll never take for granted. ❤️

My little girl is growing up way too fast. by @jeffhigh_oc

Four years ago today, at 4:00 AM, my whole world changed forever. ❤️

Happy 4th birthday to my little girl, my beautiful princess , and the best thing that’s ever happened to me. I still can’t believe how fast these four years have gone by. You’ve brought more love, laughter, and happiness into my life than I ever knew was possible.

You’re adventurous, so smart, ridiculously funny, and have the biggest personality packed into the tiniest person. Every day with you is an adventure, and watching you grow into the amazing little girl you are has been the greatest gift of my life.

I hope you always keep that fearless spirit, that beautiful smile, and that light inside you that makes everyone around you happy. No matter how big you get or where life takes you, you’ll always be my little girl, and I’ll always be right here cheering you on, protecting you, and loving you with everything I have.

If I could ask for one thing in life, it would be to slow down time and keep these little moments with you just a little longer.

Happy birthday, Madison Willow High!. Being your dad is the greatest blessing of my life, and I thank my lucky stars every day that I get to be yours.

I love you more than you’ll ever understand. Forever my little girl. ❤️ by @jeffhigh_oc

Hanging out with the homies last night in South OC! Good food and great people! Forever grateful for these guys! 🙏🏻 by @jeffhigh_oc

What a killer show last night! So stoked to see @thechats @descendents and of course @socialdistortion at the Palladium in Hollywood! The amount of energy and talent these bands bring was so rad to witness!! I’ve Been listening to Social D and the Descendants for over 30 something years! The Chats absolutely killed it too!!!
“Lude Boy” has been one of my favorite Social D songs for a long time , but it’s not one of their popular songs and it’s not on any of their records so seeing them play that live was the icing on the cake for me! 💯💥 by @jeffhigh_oc

Maui gave us everything we came for — surfing, snorkeling, jumping off high rocks, and plenty of adventure.

But honestly, none of that compares to watching my family experience it all together. The laughs, the moments, the memories, and seeing my wife and daughter have the time of their lives is what I’ll remember most.

The adventure was great. The memories with my family are everything.

Maui, you have been good to us.

Out on the boat, snorkeling with the family, enjoying the scenery and making great memories along the way. The journey continues. by @jeffhigh_oc

Snorkeling at Kapalua Bay with Madison! 🐠🌊

Watching her get in the water, put on her mask, and explore like a little pro was one of those moments I’ll never forget. 🥹

Definitely one of my favorite pictures ever!

Little adventures, big memories.
Maui with my girl = priceless. ❤️ by @jeffhigh_oc

Only 2 days in and we’re already soaking up the sun, enjoying the views, eating good, and making memories that money can’t buy. ☀️🏝️

Blessed to experience this beautiful Island with my favorite people. ❤️ Family time, good vibes, and making the most of every moment. by @jeffhigh_oc

On the next episode of The JD DENHAM PODCAST, I interviewed my best friend, @justinwenzel

My goal was to go deeper into Justin’s story, and I think we did pretty good on that. However, when Justin and I sit down to talk the conversation always just goes where it goes.

We are too close to stick to a structure and not let the conversation just run.

Quick shout out on this podcast to out boy Jeff High @jeffhigh_oc
When I told him I was starting a fitness channel, he didn’t hesitate, he sent me some rad info to help me get started and had some awesome things to say about Justin, long before I even met him.

Solid move Jeff. All love brother.
