I had an idea. This is the idea.

KUSIKA | African Ceramics Studio.

I explored the intersection of graphic design, branding, art direction and web design.

I wanted to create something that felt artistic, soulful, considered but also contemporary. I aimed to create a world that celebrates artistic expression and African tradition whilst still being relevant in the modern western world.

I think it’s pretty cool. If I do say so myself 🪶

Feel free to check out my Behance to view the full project!

I haven’t really introduced myself on here yet.

So hi! My name is Jen 🤗🥰

I’m the “Jencatco” who creates 🤪 My full name is (was) Jenna Caitlan Coyle so Jencatco has been a nickname of mine for years and years.

The reason I say it “was” my name is because I married my husband in April of last year so my surname now is actually “Bennot”.

Since I have already used up a considerable amount of words just explaining my name, I will do another post sometime soon getting into the rest about me.

But for now, hi 🖤 thank you so much for following along on my journey.

I took a leap of faith when deciding to dive head first into this and I am so incredibly grateful that I did. More on that later though.

Wishing you a happy Tuesday and a beautiful week ahead.

All my love,

Jen xxx

Haven’t had a chance to come up for air.

Wrapping up 2 client projects today before diving straight into another.

But this next one. Ooooooof. This next one is something that I thought would only be possible in my dreams.

And the client trusts me.

I love what I do 🖤

RAW | where less meets more.

I used to really struggle with minimalistic designs. Forever thinking that I should add something here, or maybe a little something there.

When you have a powerful product with a clear message - you don’t need to add much.

Minimal by design | elemental by nature.
