✨ Over the last 2 months, I’ve been working quietly behind the scenes and developing my practice as a Positive Intelligence® Coach as part of my mindset coaching work with clients. This work explores the patterns in our minds that can contribute to self-doubt, worry, criticism and feeling stuck. Completing the PQ assessment myself helped me become more aware of my own inner chatter, and I’ve seen clients recognise familiar patterns in their own results too. 👀 The assessment is not about labelling yourself or judging your mind. It is simply a starting point for curiosity and self-awareness. If you would like to learn more, DM me PQ or comment below and I’ll send you the free assessment tool 💌 This is another part of what I offer through Evolve Resonance—supporting people through sound, reflection, coaching and mindfulness practices that help them reconnect with themselves. ♥️ . . . . . . . #mindsetcoachingforwomen #overwhelmed #pqcoach #ickenhamvillage #westlondonwellness by @jenn.evolveresonance

✨ About last Sunday ✨ Evolve Sunday Sound Baths moved to a NEW location: the 2nd Ickenham Scouts Hut! A beautiful, modern, re-built facility in Ickenham that opened just last year. A space with shutters over the windows to darken the room, cute red fairy lights giving a moody atmosphere, a circular window flooding in ‘moonlight’ into the space & a brand new fully-equipped kitchen 🌕 But this space is more than a venue. It’s a community space. A space where little humans come to explore the world: to play, to laugh, to explore, to build, to grow, to learn & to connect 🌍 A venue that feels fully aligned with my ‘other’ roles - in Education with young people & families. And something I love about holding these spaces IS community. Connection. Witnessing women sharing connection with others in the space, inviting a deeper connection with themselves - their body & mind. Friends returning from month to month - bringing their loved ones, forming new connections & prioritising their own wellbeing. Grateful to hold space & facilitate events for self-care in the local community. Grateful to each of the 10 lovely women who joined me on Sunday. And glad to have capturing this beautiful image of @nicollebub & @lvslovesbeauty catching up before the session 🤍 Thank you both for permission to share! I’m already looking forward for the next Monthly Sunday Sound Bath on October 4th (first Sunday of every month). And also for a second NEW monthly offering which will take place on a Wednesday morning: Sound Bath & Sharing Circle at 2nd Ickenham Scouts Hut.. Save the date of Wednesday 23rd September to celebrate the Autumn Equinox together in community 🍁 . . . . . . . #soundbathsunday #ickenhamvillage #ickenhammums #selfcarecoach #restandrelaxation by @jenn.evolveresonance
✨ After a beautiful month of re-aligning and re-connecting whilst away on holiday, Evolve Sound Baths are now BACK ON from September ✨ 🍁 Join me for the next monthly sound bath on Sunday 6th September in our NEW venue: 2nd Scouts Hut, Ickenham & for our NEW 1.5 hour class timings - a slower pace & longer sound bath to meet yourself where you are at, slowly, mindfully and with so much care & compassion as we ease into September 💫 🧡 A peaceful opportunity for you to get prepared once more for the back-to-school season - I didn’t want to say it so soon BUT after returning to the office today, I’m making peace with the new season incoming & getting intentional about what this next chapter brings with it and you are invited too 🔮 DM or comment to reserve your space 💌 #sundaysoundbaths #westlondonwellness #ickenhamvillage #ruislipmums #soundbathmeditation by @jenn.evolveresonance
✨Last weekend’s sound bath in Abington Woods was such a wholesome gift to be part of ✨ 💗 I feel so much gratitude to have been able to collaborate with @tdemez @uhelaku @tear_and_stitch to make this beautiful experience possible, and to celebrate @sueriley1672 along with her gorgeous friends & family in Abington Woods 🪾 🏕️This beautiful setting is a spiritual woodland enjoyed by the community in Cambridge, offering a space for children & families to step away from the busyness of life to learn, play, grow and reconnect with nature 🌱 After having worked for many years in education, this setting felt especially meaningful & as the sounds moved through the space, the energy of the woods seemed to hold everyone gently, supporting each person as they journeyed in their own way — grounded, safe, and deeply connected 🙏🏻 🐞And then a little reminder flew in when a ladybird came to visit, landing softly as if to remind us we were exactly where we needed to be. In many traditions, ladybirds are seen as symbols of protection, good fortune, and quiet transformation — a small but powerful sign of alignment and trust in the path unfolding 🌄 Thank you to everyone who brought their presence, their energy, and their hearts 💕 . . . . . . . #abingtonwoods #forestsoundbathing #soundmeditation #soundbathmeditation #communitylove by @jenn.evolveresonance

✨ I’m excited to share my new weekly offering: Sound Mind & Body 🥰 💫 You’re invited to a 1:1 hour of combined life coaching and sound healing to support your mind, body, and energy. I created this weekly Friday session because real, lasting change happens when we work with both the mind and the body, alongside the support and accountability of a certified coach. 🩵 This space is for women who are ready to go deeper. A space to gently explore what feels heavy, overwhelming, or stuck. We begin with coaching, where you can talk through what’s been on your mind, whether that’s anxiety, frustration, self-doubt, or ongoing challenges. Together, we bring awareness, clarity, and compassion to what you’re experiencing, helping you understand it and begin to move through it. The session then flows into an integrative sound healing experience, allowing your nervous system to reset and your body to deeply relax. This supports a shift not just mentally, but physiologically, restoring balance and calm from within. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, and more connected to yourself. If you’re ready to move out of overwhelm, overthinking, or feeling stuck, and into a place of clarity and forward movement, you’re warmly invited to book your Friday session using this link: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/1992907260263?aff=oddtdtcreator Sessions are available in person. DM to book your Friday evening 121 session tailored just for you 💖 . . . . . . . #ickenhamvillage #mindbodyconnection #westlondonspiritualhealing #lifecoachingforwomen #soundhealingtherapy by @jenn.evolveresonance
✨ Sunday Monthly Sound Bath in July ✨ 🙏🏻 I’m so grateful for this chapter - for Sunday Sound Baths at St Giles ♥️ And every great thing must come to an end! 🗞️This week, I was informed that St Giles Church Hall have decided not to continue with bookings at the church hall on a Sunday in order to reserve the space for church use only; however they’ve been kind enough to allow me to book on for one last Sunday evening for the month of July ☺️ For me, unexpected changes means that there could be new opportunities for growth & different doors opening, which feels very exciting to me, although there is also a sadness that this door will be closing. It’s been such a blessing to have this venue for the time that we did & I’m so very grateful for everyone who has attended my sound baths so far. 🙏🏻 I’d love for you to join me at the next & final Sunday Sound Bath (at this venue) as a final Sunday gift of rest, reflection & relaxation 💕🧘‍♀️ Please get in touch if you would like to reserve your space for July 💌 Thank you to all of those who have joined me in Sunday Sound Baths since last September at St Giles Church Hall 🥳🎉 Stay Tuned for what’s coming next! 👀 . . . . . . . by @jenn.evolveresonance
🙏🏻 Feeling blessed to have shared this beautiful solstice sunrise at @stonehenge with loved ones on Saturday night 💜 the most beautiful women’s circle on Friday evening hosted by @re.nurture 🌱 & a delicious birthday meal on Thursday with my family 💫 ☀️ Wishing you all a Happy Summer Solstice ☀️🥰 This weekend, we celebrated the longest day & shortest night of the year - the summer solstice - marking the start of astronomical summer time & my favourite season 🌻 For me, the change of seasons brings an opportunity for personal reflections. I’ve shared 5 journal prompts to ponder on, as my gift to you ✨ Journal Prompts: 🌞 Over the last 6 months, what do I have to celebrate? 🌞 What part of me is ready to be fully seen or expressed? 🌞 What old narrative is ready to be released? 🌞 What one intention would feel aligned with my new path? 🌞 What is one brave step that I can take towards it?
