October wrap up ♡

Another banging month! Went out of my comfort zone a lot this month and realize that scary movies aren’t as bad when you’ve watched them before, vampire books are meant to read in October, and TEAM DOHWA IS THE ONLY RIGHT TEAM TO BE ON.

And of course, my dearest friend @thebookesquire came to visit and we had the best weekend. My heart is so full! I hope everyone else had an amazing month!

We parked your brooms and gathered together for a feast around the boiling cauldron (aka hotpot). A magical night where we practiced spells, spread tarot cards, and made so many new memories together. Highly recommend you do this for your next coven night!

Would you strike a bargain with Death to live just one more month, even if it meant sealing your own fate? ☠️

When the outcast healer god Rujia’s life runs out, she promises to help the god of Death break his curse while she secretly conjures an escape plan. Little does she know, there is no escaping the clasp of death—especially when the death God’s own fading heart is bound to hers. 🖤

From enemies to reluctant allies to lovers, this Chinese historical fantasy is steeped in lush prose and devastating yearning 🥀
