Old and new friends. I am inspired by all of you. I’ve hung out with some of both as of late. And some are going through it but good. Some are thriving and that fills my heart with pure and real joy. Whilst others are experiencing life being excruciatingly difficult or painful. We have all been through it in some way. I’m here to say hurray to all of it because at the end of the day, not only are you another day older but hopefully wiser and definitely better. I have some dear friends who said to me we are running out of time or we’re getting older… Sure that’s true and I am a firm believer in getting better and growing stronger. Trying to live in the moment because truly that’s all we have. I learned a lot of lessons from my amazing father who is always with me and I cannot believe it will be a year since he’s left this earthly plane.
Growing and changing is where it’s at experiencing things that maybe are scary but exciting being artistic being truthful. An open, loving and accepting heart. That’s why I try to go to yoga every day and meditate and listen to music I love and appreciate breathing. It’s not just a little things. It’s everything. Have a beautiful Halloween weekend voting time change marathon New York vibe Saturday. Gratitude abounds.
