AUGUST - DECEMBER RESET👇

I can’t lie… the start of the year didn’t have exactly all I would have wanted but I’m not about to waste the remaining months.

So from August to December, this is what I’m doing to reset my life & productivity -
and if you’re serious about your growth, you should come in 🤍

Comment “CHANGE” if you’re in.

1️⃣ No more waking up and going straight to my phone
• I’ll take time to pray /meditate (I call it my Godtime)
• Plan my day
• Start calm, with a good morning routine, not chaotic.

2️⃣ I’m writing things down daily (journaling)
Every night:
• Atleast 3 things to do tomorrow
• 1 thing I’m grateful for
• What’s on my mind

3️⃣ I’m choosing ONE thing to grow in
• My skill/ Career / business
• Spending 10–30 mins daily, no excuses
Consistency > motivation

4️⃣ I’m fixing my sleep schedule
• Sleep & wake up at a set time
• No random late nights.
• Rest = better focus

5️⃣ I’m reading at least 5 pages of a book a day
• No pressure, just consistency
• Growth in small doses

6️⃣ I’m drinking more water (2/3L daily)
• Better skin, better energy
• No more “I forgot” or I got busy excuses.

7️⃣ I’m moving my body regularly (quick exercises)
• Walks, stretching, quick workouts
• Just don’t stay inactive

8️⃣ I’m being intentional with my time
• Plan my day the night before
• Reduce unnecessary scrolling on the internet( I hardly scroll tho)
• Protect my time, it’s my greatest asset.

9️⃣ I’m allowing myself to rest (without guilt)😭
• 10–20 mins breaks
• Reset, don’t burn out!

🔟 I’m Showing Up Every single day!

This isn’t about being perfect…
it’s about actually doing better with the time left.
Make the bold decision not to be average, be intentional with every single day!

You can always come back in to talk about how it’s going for you - ACCOUNTABILITY IS IMPORTANT!

Let August be the turning point.

Save this. Try it. Stick to it. 💯 ✨

SCH 9/22 - WE KEEP MOVING!😌

Grateful for the teenagers learning, growing and shaped on my account.

With 13 schools left, my team and I look forward to greater impact, more progress, and securing the next generation of leaders, one school at a time🤍

SCH 9/22!!

With 13 Schools left, I’m not even screaming😱

But Everyonee🥳🥳, We walked in and out of the 9th school on our impact radar(you alreadyyy know the name) and I’m only reminded of why my team and I started this journey!!!

It’s up and ahead from here, educating these young ones that intentional living, building discipline and becoming impact driven is not so far from their reach, and if Miss Jennifer can, they also can!

Onto the next!
Let’s keep growing together🫶
