easy and cheesy veggie tater tots for my kiddo! love making this bc it freezes well for snacks and mealtimes 🙂‍↕️ ingreds & recipe: 3 yellow potatoes / 1 small head of broccoli / 1 small head of cauliflower / 2 carrots / shredded cheddar cheese / garlic powder / onion powder / paprika / pinch of salt (measure seasonings with your heart) - chop and peel all the veg into even sizes and steam - once veg are fork-tender, remove from steamer - preheat oven to 375f - mash everything together and add seasonings (use or omit salt to taste depending on age) - add cheese and form tots! - line on baking tray with olive oil - bake for 10-15 mins - let cool slightly on the trays - serve immediately or store in containers for the fridge/freezer #toddlermealideas #daycarelunch #toddlersnacks #toddlerfood #momlife by @jennifshin

sorry to the italians 😅 using orzo as a sub for rice when my kiddo doesn’t want 국밥 (rice with soup) has been my favorite mom hack lately. works with any pasta shape like fusilli and macaroni for self-feeding too! #toddlermealideas #momhacks #koreanfood #motherhood by @jennifshin
