New year, stronger me 💪🏼
Every year the new year starts and so many shifts focus on how to lose weight and shrink themselves.

If I can leave a legacy, it’s this…
Getting stronger and celebrating what my body is capable of. Not focusing on what I need to eliminate or how to fit into what societies standard of me should be.

Let’s raise strong, empowered, & confident girls and women.

Lead by example.

Happy lifting 🫶🏼

I may have taken women lifting up other women in the gym too seriously…

Featuring the cutest change plate at the end.

✨32✨

This year is hard to summarize in one post & 20 pictures. I started this year in a new place where I didn’t know a soul. (Literally moved on my birthday last year)
It’s been a year of peace, enormous growth, endless amounts of love, adventure, and more importantly filled with NEW!
New places, new people(and animals), new perspective, & new opportunities.
I’ve always enjoyed the unknown, meeting new people, and new experiences.
Every year that passes reminds me how lucky I am to be here & pushes me to continue creating a life I wake up loving. We only get one!

Excited to see what life send my way on my next trip around the sun ✨ by @jennyy.from.the.boxx

FIRST NATIONAL MEDALS! (Even though USAW ran out of them) 96/110/206 total!

It was an eventful, chaotic, but fun weekend for so many reasons. I am so thankful to have a coach that let me open with big numbers and push myself! I got the opportunity to help with some of my favorite youth lifters! ❤️ hit a PR for an opener on snatch and a comp PR at 96kg.

HUGE thank you to @coachwest_cscs and @hayden_2906 for counting/running numbers for me in the back! You all are awesome!

Might not have been the exact day I wanted, but that’s weightlifting! 🏋🏻‍♀️
Time to keep building and fine tuning! Only up from here! by @jennyy.from.the.boxx

Although winning medals is fun….. Growing into an awesome individual is even better. I’m so thankful for the people who pour into you on the daily through the good and the bad. You’ve had some tough lessons this year but man I’m loving seeing you navigate the good and the bad. Choosing Jesus even when it’s hard. So proud of you! #purehealthperformance by @jennyy.from.the.boxx

Quick Pulse Check, because I compete this Sunday 🔥

Hit two lifetime PR’s today
Snatched 97kg for the first time and could cry 😭
The second clip is the first PR at 95kg.
In the year I’ve been with @phillysab that makes 4kg on my snatch!

Original audio because the energy was high this morning 🔥

Thanks @coachwest_cscs for building such an amazing community!
