The second part of the lobster. Grilled tail seasoned with roasted lardo and batak pepper. The sauce is inspired by the legend Marco Pierre White. I once saw him make sauce of freshly juiced tomatoes whisked with a bit of butter. It turnes out that the freshness and fruitiness was a perfect match for this lobster. . . . . . . #restaurantdomaene #herning #herning2024 #michelin #michelinstar #1year1star #ontothenext #lobster #tomato #finedining #gourmet #foddporn #theartofplating #chef #cheflife by @jensvincent

For the upcoming winter menu I'm adding a dish as a celebration of my former Head Chef and current great friend @nicolaj_____ - A dish I loved serving when I served as a sous chef at Tree Top. Wafer thin layers of aged comté aged with black truffle and served with a Vin Jaune spiked sauce. A perfect entry into the colder months with incredible depths of flavor. See you guys in December! . . . . . . #restaurantdomaene #herning #herning2026 #michelin #nicolajmøller #shoutout #comte #truffle #gourmet #chef #cheflife #theartofplating #michelingstar #1year1star #ontothenext #letsgetit by @jensvincent
