So pumped to officially be a certified @soldierstosidelines Soldier Coach!
What an incredible organization that wants to see veterans succeed and grow! Time to use the skills and tools they provided to help others! by @jesse.lifts.things

This was a very trying week. We pushed weights that we arent used to and had to dig deep. Didn't finish every set but we definitely gave it everyrhing.
Huge thank you to @christreanortraining for helping me push when we thought we had nothing left.

Sunday morning shenanigans by @jesse.lifts.things

Jesse and Rox continue to inspire everyone they interact with always.

And trust me, they’re busy.
* Full-time careers.
* Full house
* Always volunteering.
* Always showing up.

But even with that, they don’t let any excuses stop them from their goals.

Things might slow down, but they always make sure to pick up and drive forward.

Over their 4 years of competing, they have taken home medals at every meet, records in multiple states, and have inspired those around them to take the platform as well!

They are some of the greatest staples in our community, and constantly improve the energy and mood of all around them!

And even though they’re here now, they started like most people do.
* Knowing they needed to begin.
* Not sure where to start.
* Thinking they could figure it out on their own.

But they chose coaching, and they chose to do it the right way.

Up Mt Lemmon today to take in some mountain vibes! by @jesse.lifts.things

Looking back at where we started and seeing that we have almost added 300 lbs to my total in the last 4 years! We still have goals to achieve so were still pushing.

And fun fact, I'm ranked 13th in the USPA tested category for my age and weight!
(Technically 11th since they arent showing the numbers from the last meet)

None of it would be possible without my love @just.roxie_xoxo and the architect @christreanortraining

Fun week in Huntsville. So glad @just.roxie_xoxo let me tag along during her training course. Enjoyed some Trash Pandas baseball, a fantastic gym, some very tasty food, and most importantly did it all with my best friend. It was lots of fun but ready to be home! Until next time Alabama. by @jesse.lifts.things
