Sometimes I need to remind myself of how far I’ve come. From fear of the gym to perfecting my pull up game. Baby steps 🫶🏽 Trying to give myself grace 💞 by @jessicabythebeach

Embracing my mom body because apparently
equity > surgery. 🥲 Don’t come for me either. Yeah yeah, our bodies are beautiful just the way they are 😒😭🤣🙄

I remember when the idea of using a squat rack in a public gym gave me so much anxiety. I’d tell myself “today’s the day,” then end up right back on the stair master. Again. And again. If it wasn’t at the private gym I trained in I couldn’t do it.

Everything changed when I made a friend at Gold’s. Slowly, the fear faded and the confidence grew. Now I ask questions, try new things, and actually enjoy being here.

If you’re nervous, you’re not behind. You’re just learning. Don’t give up on your journey 🤍

For extra guidance and motivation I would recommend investing in yourself with a personal trainer. My all-time favorite is @ashbaybb @bodybyashleybernier at @trinitylongbeach
Your mental and physical health will thank you 🫶🏽💖

This is your reminder that change is possible.
Not overnight. Not perfectly.
But one choice, one workout, one moment of showing up at a time.
If you’re at the beginning, keep going. If you’re in the middle, don’t stop.
Your future self is cheering you on and so am I 🫶🏽💖

Can I get a little WD-40? 🥲

I challenge you to show up for yourself.
Show up. That’s it.
30 minutes is enough.
A treadmill walk. Headphones in. Thoughts wandering.
Doom scrolling, but active.
Consistency beats intensity every time.
Your heart will thank you.
Your future will thank you.
You can do this 🫶🏽💖

Came for the workouts, stayed for the people. 🫶🏽💖
What started as a “gym girl” turned into a sisterhood I never saw coming.🥹

Fitness doesn’t take from your life.. it gives you one.
2026 is about staying sexy, having fun, and choosing yourself daily. And look, there’s cookies! 🤣

Where I am is a result of my choices.
Where I’m going depends on the ones I make next.
Today’s choice: show up ☀️🌴
