An aspect you should want in a professional : doing the uncomfortable. It directly correlates to all other aspects in life.

Seek the environments and people that will directly reflect the person you want to become and who you want to stand by with - wether it be business or personal.

A real life, in person conversation was had.
Not a ChatGPT prompt that was typed in for fun.
That’s all it took to realize that my nervous system was showing up before I even did.

I was constantly working against myself.
I was rejecting my nervous system from the bare minimum.

For someone who claimed to be healthy - I certainly was not.

And that’s when I realized to look at life differently.
We’re on borrowed time. Do you really want to keep yourself in the shackles in which you put yourself in?

Safe to say you can learn a lot from a stranger.
Safe to say that stranger became a friend.

Happy new week ahead ✨

Networking & connection can significantly increase your chances in knowing your impact.

It never ceases to amaze me just how good it is to feel when connected to the right people, places and things ✨

This past weekend with the REM community in Toronto. Stay tuned for more.

Strength in the gym compares nothing to the strength life quickly makes you gain when you’ve been thrown off balance - quite literally.

Early April got me good and learning to accept what was will dictate what will be.

Over the years, I’ve noticed a common theme.
But just like anyone else on the sales floor, you’d rather pick your sectional’s colour fabric with someone you know you can connect with and will place the order right.

Things that allow me to show up as my best self.

I’d be lying if I said every day is perfect. But these micro wins throughout the month allow me to show up for others in a better state.

Suburbia isn’t so bad when you get to appreciate moments like these. 🌊
