This is my year of drawing closer to God, breaking patterns that don’t serve His Kingdom, and allowing Him to use me to sharpen those around me. This season was unexpected, but I’m sustained by God’s grace and mercy.

I have been on a journey for 37 years with this woman...
I have allowed her to be broken.
I have allowed others to treat her disrespectfully.
I’ve seen her fall and STAND BACK UP MANY TIMES and be a light for the world, and love others despite all of it.
She has been bullied.
She stood paralyzed by fear while she fought battles in her mind, heart, and soul.
This woman has made many bad decisions as a wife, mother, daughter, sister and as a friend.
She has trusted and believed in people who didn’t believe in her.
She has a smart mouth, a stubborn streak, and is a bit feisty. Bit like a pitbull, when she ‘sinks her teeth’ into something she won’t quite until it’s finished.
She has scars. Combat wounds.
Some people love this woman, some like her, and some don’t care for her at all, maybe some hate her, but she hates no one ...
She has done good in her life, and she has done some bad in her life.
Every mistake, failure, trial, disappointment, betrayal, success, joy, and achievement has made her into who she is today.
She’s not perfect.
Christ has helped her to be unstoppable, gracefully broken, but beautifully standing.
...and she will never stop learning, growing or moving forward...
she is me .......💞 I owe everything to my Lord & Savior by @jessicagaston_
