53 lbs DOWN postpartum. 🤍

But this next chapter isn’t about becoming smaller thinner version of myself.

It’s about becoming whole.

There’s still work to accomplish in my fitness journey, but my focus has shifted from simply changing my appearance to restoring my relationship with my body.

I’m choosing wellness over aesthetics.
Strength over punishment.
Mindfulness over rushing.
Movement over pressure.
Healing from the inside out.

Stretching. Strength training. Somatic movement. Breath. Stillness.
Learning to move in ways that strengthen my body while also helping me feel safe, grounded, and connected within it.

Because restoration isn’t just about what you see in the mirror.

It’s about how you feel in your body.
How you care for yourself.
How you listen to yourself.
How you honor the woman you’re becoming.

53 lbs down, but this is about so much more than weight.

This is my Restoration Room.
A place where the body is strengthened, the mind is renewed, and healing begins from within. 🤍

Still becoming.
Still restoring.
Still walking it out.

From the inside out.

Hi, my name is Jessica.

For nine years, I taught a sensual stiletto dance class in the DFW area. I truly believed I was helping women become confident and be fearless. But while I was teaching confidence, I was secretly broken. I was insecure, searching for identity, misdirected, and unfulfilled.

Then, in the middle of my mess, God revealed Himself to me.

I decided to give Him a real “yes.” Not just a casual yes, but a complete surrender.

I grew up as a minister’s kid. I knew the word. I knew about God. But knowing about Him is different from making Him Lord. I spent years looking for my identity in everything and everyone except Him.

Eventually, I came to the end of myself. Like the prodigal son in Luke, I returned home, and the Father welcomed me with open arms.

In Christ, I rediscovered who I truly am. Jesus changed my life. Today, I live to worship Him, honor Him, and glorify Him with everything I have. The same body I once used to draw attention to myself, I now offer as an instrument of worship to the One who saved me.

I’m living proof that no one is too far gone for God’s grace. Even after casting my pearls before swine, God didn’t discard me. He picked me up, called me His own, and gave me a new name, a new purpose, and a new life.

If He could do it for me, He can do it for you.#identity #security #Jesus #testimony by @jessicasdaniels

Yesterday was such a special day for our family as we dedicated Olivia to the Lord.🤍

Sunday, we publicly committed to raising her in the faith and we couldn’t be more thankful for our church family and our pastors who prayed so powerfully over her life.

Jiles and I promise to lead by example, point her to Jesus, and create a home where faith is lived out every day.🤍✝️

“Train up a child in the way she should go…” Proverbs 22:6

Thank you to everyone who celebrated and prayed with us. We love you all! ✨ by @jessicasdaniels

Walking this journey with you has been the greatest blessing of my life. Watching you become an incredible wife and mother has deepened my love and admiration for you in ways I never imagined.

Thank you for trusting me to lead our family and for standing beside me through every joy and every challenge. God has been so faithful in writing our story, and I'm grateful that I get to spend this life with you.

I love you more than words can say, and I can't wait to see all God has in store for us. Here's to many more years of loving, growing, and serving Him together.

I love you and Happy Anniversary! by @jessicasdaniels

Happy Anniversary to the love of my life! ❤️

Thank you for loving me and accepting me exactly as I am. Thank you for holding my hand as I’ve worked through deep healing and for constantly reminding me of who God says I am.

Thank you for leading our family with love and strength, and for being my peace in the middle of every storm.

I didn’t think it was possible to love you more until I watched you become a father to Olivia. Seeing the way you love, protect, and care for her has healed parts of my heart in ways I can’t fully put into words.

You are so selfless, and I am endlessly grateful for the way you lead and serve our family. You’ve been my anchor through what has been the most challenging two years of my life, and I truly can’t imagine walking through this life with anyone else.

I honor you today, and I thank God for the beautiful way He orchestrated our story and brought us together. Every year with you is a gift.

I love you in this life, and I’ll love you for all eternity. Happy Anniversary, my love. ❤️ by @jessicasdaniels

Jiles,

Watching you love and care for Olivia has been one of my greatest joys. I am so grateful that she gets to experience the love of God through you. She will never question her identity or wonder if she is loved because you show her every day. She will know her value because you remind her of it consistently. She will know how she should be treated because she sees the love you pour into her Mom daily!

You have gone above and beyond all that I could have asked or imagined as a father, husband, and partner. Today, we honor you, celebrate you, and thank God for the gift that you are to our family. ❤️
Happy Father’s Day. We love you. by @jessicasdaniels

Olivia, your name carries creativity, leadership, and the spirit of a peacemaker.

“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.” Matthew 5:9

Just as the olive branch has long symbolized peace, reconciliation, abundance, and prosperity, so do you. I speak all of these things over your life, and I pray that God’s will be done in every season. I pray that you walk boldly in who He has called you to be, even in a world that thrives in chaos. May you always lean into your gift of peace and the fruit of the Spirit.

Thank you for being my greatest joy. For every hug, every snuggle, and every kiss, we are growing together, and this has become the greatest journey of my life. We are so incredibly blessed to be your Mommy & Daddy! Happy Birthday Livvie Pooh 💜💗 by @jessicasdaniels

I did not know what precipitous labor was until June 8th 2025 after you gave birth to our beautiful daughter in the CAR, outside the hospital parking lot, with no doctors in sight! I always knew you would be a wonderful mother, but the strength you showed that day gave me a glimpse of just how amazing you would be with Olivia.
Whenever I hear you and Olivia laughing together or hear you singing to her, it brings me an indescribable amount of joy. I’m so excited to watch you pass your strength, passion, and love on to Olivia.

We are so blessed to have you! Happy Mother’s Day! by @jessicasdaniels
