POSTS STORIES REELS

I’ve often heard that focus is the only superpower you really need. There might be some truth there, but I also think it’s knowing an amazing punk rock graphics dude to help you find your focus! Ridiculously huge shout-out to @dannywriteup who created incredible graphics to help me focus my Instagram presence! 🤩

I receive lots of questions, asking for things ranging from fitness journey inspiration and meal prep ideas to workout shoe recommendations and playlist suggestions. As a result, I’ve been working on a plan to streamline my content and am excited about my “rebrand” rolling out over the next few weeks! Expect more consistent posts and a variety of health and fitness content. I have so much fun stuff in the works and I can’t wait to share with you! 💪🏽

✨ BIG NEWS ✨

I’m 𝗣𝗨𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗗 to announce that I’m officially a NASM-certified personal trainer! 💪🏽 Over the past few years, I’ve worked with small groups and clients in-person, and most recently I’ve been guiding clients on their fitness journeys through online coaching. Now I’m even 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘 equipped to lead and encourage them to achieve amazing, sustainable results.

I started my fitness journey eight years ago, losing ~100 pounds through exercise, nutrition, consistency, and determination. It wasn’t easy, but the support I had along the way made 𝗔𝗟𝗟 the difference. I’m so excited to pay it forward to support others in reaching their goals! 🎯

I have room for a few more clients (and some limited hybrid spots) and some exciting things in the works. If you’re ready to start your fitness journey or want more info about coaching, fill out the form linked in my bio—I’d love to chat with you! ✍🏽

This is just the beginning—follow along for what’s next! 🚀 Let’s build confidence, embrace balance, and crush those goals together- 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗚𝗢𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦!💥

Mentally, I’m still here. ☀️

Already missing the sunshine, sand between my toes, and summer days by the water. 🏖️
