400th - celebration of progress ❤️ You guys have meant the world to me on this journey. Whether you are here from beginning or just today. In front of me are the most patient, accepting and resilient riders who never gave up on not just themselves but me as well. So many things happen in life, yet I always find myself back in this very same room again with everyone (and some who are not in because of work and other factors you know who you are) and it isn’t just a passing class but a huge part of my life I look forward to. This class was a celebration of how far we have all come, from your day 1 which some I have your videos, versus the you today. It is something maybe we might never have dreamed of before, but we took a leap into uncertainty and became a version of insane that inspires. A life worth living. Growth is for everybody. #spin #indoorcycling #combo by @jessierhh

The amount of late comers I personally get is pretty disrespectable. It’s a lot better this year, but having like 5-15 people walking in one by one, over the whole 10min grace period, most of my classes, makes me wonder if it really is an emergency, or plainly terrible time management. For those who have no idea why late comers aren’t allowed in: 1. It is extremely distracting for those in class and me for the door to keep opening and closing, and have them slowly set up their bikes or need help and sometimes have the handlebar/saddle fall and hit their hands. Everyone trying to get into the mood but it’s just not possible 2. The room is also dark and dangerous for the riders to come in and set up the bike, and have a chance of tripping over other people’s items and navigate through tight spaces of people riding and moving around 3. Miss briefings but I can’t rebrief them or check all the safety questions one by one 4. By the time 10 mins is up, that’s like 25% of the class. By now it should be all warmed up and getting into a high energy, but the door opens and someone is hehe-ing their way in. Sometimes they hold up the door which delays time- any longer than one minute causes a lot of disruptions in people’s schedule. 5. . i find grace period a really kind thing for those with no option- but did you really have no way to get yourself on time, or was it just horrible time management and scheduling? my top 3 worst reasons that tell me you have terrible time management: 1. I only decided last minute (is that a reason to disrespect everyone else for preparing and scheduling well) 2. I cant find parking (but also scheduled to reach an 8pm class at 8pm) 3. I can’t find the studio (did u not think you need time to find a new place) Pls enlighten ur frens if u are bringing them along. Especially if u know they have malaysian timing by @jessierhh

Just a really dumb video I made a year ago (I laughed at the toilet paper for 30 mins) Enjoy my high school level edit 🤭 I was high on no sleep making this… two of them just whispering really loudly for an hour… so nobody got sleep Anyways going to a spin class hits different with friends… especially at 7am by @jessierhh
Finally tried out colour analysis- walked in and first thing she said was ‘wow you look so green’ 🌱🥬 Finding makeup and colours that fit me were pretty tough because everything was either too warm/too cool yadda yadda. I love orange and red- just to find out the colours that compliment me are quite the opposite 😂 lowkey it took me a couple months to come to terms with it 😳 The session came with recommendations of products and the exact shades, bone structure analysis for clothing style that suit my body type, the kind of aesthetics that i suit, and placement of makeup according to that; and everything from accessories head to toe, everything you can think of including scent 🍬 finally saves me years of buying things i dont wear 🥹 I love gold, so imagine my face when she said silver > gold; All the reds and orange were mostly no’s 😭 even the best red was still ‘mmm still not really’ Anyways, this is ultimately just a guide to what brings out my feature and makes me look ALIVE, the worlds not going to end otherwise. I’m done overreacting hehe 👉👈 Now I’m open to exploring more shades, in fact I’ve been wearing one of the very specific blue sports top after @lululemonsoutheastasia coincidentally dropped it around the same time, and surprisingly got lots of compliments of that colour on me ✨ I’m a summer deep, neutral olive 🫒 and according to results, summer cool tones compliment me the most 🫐 Teehee now where can I find a sponsor for a whole wardrobe change….. 🤭 I did mine at @huecoe_ with @fiobanana_ located at Bukit Jalil! ✨🍅 by @jessierhh
