A brief moment on this floating sphere of stardust and scars, with the extraordinary opportunity to leave our fingerprints on it.

You can build an impressive life and still be a stranger to the person living it.

And that’s worth leaning into hero.

Your fingerprints aren’t left by how well you maintained what was. They’re left by what you dared to create, who you chose to love, and the courage to become someone you haven’t been before.

You weren’t put here just to keep everything running. You were given a life. Get your fingerprints on it.

And if there’s distance between the life you’ve built and the life you know you’re capable of living, that’s the work we’re doing in Basecamp.

8 weeks. 8 people. Beginning October 26.

Drop me a 🏔️ & consider yourself invited! #liveyourmission #northoftheground #basecamp #notglife by @jessjackson.life

Here to see you win 🙌🏼

You living out your mission is one of the greatest footprints you can leave during your time here.

If we could put a mirror on our product and have you see yourself hitting your goals, feeling the freedom of living knowing no matter what you show up, dismissing the anxiety you have because you’re doing and taking action on what you say you’d do.

We’re talking about confidence, silencing the limiting beliefs with actions, and when failure rears its head you learn, pivot, and keep on the path versus quitting.

Here to see you win daily, hero 🙌🏼

I am speaking to you from the place of imperfection- I am navigating this road as we all are but I am giving it its necessary stage to radiate.

The Spirit is not meant to shrink and keep itself untouched by hardship, it’s the life that runs the race neck and neck with the worthy opponent, Adversity, that will be a life that endures and maintains cohesively.

The Spirit’s heart grows stronger by looking the adversity in the face and tarrying with it.

Being in a place where you can tarry with adversity is a magical place that will breath life into the spirit bringing it to life.

Get from point A to point B fam, because there are far too many letters to experience between A and Z ✌🏼

The ability to take no perfect action isn’t because of more bravery or recklessness.

It’s the self- trust you’ve built within you to not abandon yourself when your in unfamiliar territory, to have a good relationship with failure to know it’s a win/learn, also to know that the only way you will increase your capacity is by allowing yourself the experience.

Be wildly capable #liveyourmission #wellnessjourney #northoftheground #notglife #bewildlycapable by @jessjackson.life

Becoming audacious is a practice.

Not a personality trait. Not the absence of fear. And certainly not something reserved for the people who seem to have it all figured out.

It’s the willingness to participate in your own life before you have evidence that you’re capable.

Because here’s the thing about waiting until you’re ready:

You cannot build evidence for a life you refuse to step into.

The conversation you keep rehearsing.
The idea that won’t leave you alone.
The version of yourself you can imagine but haven’t given yourself permission to become.

Your brain will offer you a hundred reasons to stay where it’s familiar. And sometimes, we’ll mistake that familiarity for safety.

But self-trust isn’t built by thinking your way into certainty.

It’s built through experience.

You act. You learn. You adjust. You go again.

And somewhere in that repetition, what once felt foreign becomes practiced. What becomes practiced creates evidence. And that evidence becomes a new way of being.

Audacity isn’t believing you can’t fail. It’s knowing failure doesn’t disqualify you from being wildly capable.

You woke up north of the ground again.

What are you going to do with that?

Missed birthdays. Holidays. Nights out. I’ve said, “I’m not gonna make it,” in exchange for building something that gives our JN fam more moments like this.

More time around the table.
More memories with the people who matter.
More space to slow down, heal, and be present.

Jacked-Nutrition was never just about meal prep or macros. It was about giving people something back.

Their time. Their health. Their ability to show up for the life they’re building.

The mission was never to make food your life. It was to fuel the life happening around it.

Live your mission without sacrificing your nutrition 💙 #jackednutritionlex #liveyourmission #wellnessjourney #fitfam by @jessjackson.life

The final boss of healing… living You, hero. You’re in the thick of it

Somewhere along the way, healing became another prerequisite for living.

Another book to read.
Another pattern to understand.
Another breakthrough to have.
Another version of yourself to become before you finally feel ready to participate in your own existence.

And while awareness is powerful, awareness without participation can become another place to hide.

Because the point was never to become so healed that life could no longer touch you.

It was to become aware enough to recognize what’s happening within you and courageous enough to keep experiencing what’s happening around you.

To experience being human without turning every moment into another lesson, another assignment, another thing to fix.

You can spend a lifetime understanding why you’ve lived the way you have and still never give yourself permission to live differently.

And that’s the thing about this brief, wildly unpredictable existence.

Life doesn’t promise you’ll have more time once you’ve figured yourself out.

You’re allowed to be a work in progress AND a full participant.

You’re allowed to heal AND live.

You’re allowed to be becoming while building a life you don’t need to escape from.

Because the ultimate expression of healing isn’t how much you’ve learned about yourself.

It’s what you finally allow yourself to experience because of it.

You woke up north of the ground again.

If you are wild-hearted about how you live this life this is for you.

Hero let me tell you life has never made me brave. It’s made me end negotiations saying “one day as though I’ve been promised one.

Maybe that’s why you too want so much from this life. Not because you walk fearless, or are particularly good at living present, but because your body understands something your mind keeps trying to negotiate.

To live is to know
we die- and baby that clock doesn’t care about all of the things you’ve not done.

If this hits I wrote you 3 letters on how to stop negotiating & get your fingerprints on your life. Comment ✉️ and I’ll send em your way 🙌🏼

The life you want isn’t usually lost in one big decision.

It’s slowly abandoned through the small ones you’re avoiding

If this felt a little too personal homeslice
1. You’re not alone, literally wouldn’t be so on fire about this for you if it didn’t cost me so much life at one point.

Lets chat over coffee (even if it’s virtual if you’re not in KY) comment or DM me “map” we can just chat about it and get you back on fire for life

If you feel stuck, lets map out
one practical step to help you start moving forward again. #liveyourmission #northoftheground #notglife by @jessjackson.life

There’s a version of you that you’ll never meet if you keep choosing what’s familiar over what’s possible.

And I think that’s one of the greatest tragedies of being alive.

Not the failing. Not getting it wrong.

But reaching the end of this whole wild experience having never found out what could’ve been.

You don’t need the entire map.

Sometimes you just need enough courage to buy the ticket.

Get your fingerprints on life hero.

BASECAMP | high performers your life isn’t just your KPI it’s you being living this life. #liveyourmission #northoftheground #notglife #wellnessjourney by @jessjackson.life

Life never guarantees. So I’ve asked it to be full.

Full of the kind of moments that make you forget to check the time. The kind of love that reminds you what’s possible when you believe in something enough to give yourself to it fully. The kind of experiences that leave you changed simply because you were there to live them.

I’ve always believed the graveyard is the richest place on earth. Full of unlived dreams, words never spoken, love never expressed, and lives spent waiting for a better time to begin.

And I refuse to contribute to that wealth.

Life is brief. None of us know how many sunrises we have left, how many mountains we’ll climb, or how many times we’ll get to hold the people we love.

But we do get to decide how fully we participate while we’re here.

Love without reservation. Believe in what’s possible. Let yourself be moved. Make the memories. Take the risk of being known. Build things that matter. Let things end. Begin again.

Not because life promises to be gentle, but because being alive is worth experiencing in its entirety.

North of the Ground.

It’s more than a name. It’s the daily practice of waking up on this side of the dirt and remembering what an extraordinary opportunity that is.

Not just to exist. Not just to accomplish.

But to leave your fingerprints on a life you actually lived. #montana #notg #notglife #liveyourmission by @jessjackson.life

The coaching industry is full of “5 tips to…” and “Here’s my playbook.”

And I get it. There’s value in strategy, structure, and learning from someone who’s walked the path.

But what happens when you get everything you’ve been working toward and realize you’ve barely experienced the life it took you to build?

What happens when you’re incredibly good at performing but haven’t learned how to just BE?

I don’t believe you have to choose between ambition and being present for your own life.

That’s what “Live Your Mission” means.

NOTG is the knowing you can build extraordinary things AND be deeply moved by ordinary moments.

You can chase the summit AND stop long enough to take in the view.

Because I don’t just want you to get more out of yourself.

I want you to get more out of being alive.

That’s Basecamp.

I’m opening the door for 8 people who are ready to build their own map and start living the life they’re capable of creating.

Doors close October 26. 🧭
