🥈 RUNNERS-UP — NORTHSIDE 2 🥈

Huge congrats to Merri Creek Primary’s 𝐍𝐎 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐒, taking second place in their VERY first year of Battles - and what an unforgettable debut it was 🎤✨

With glitter beards, technicolour chaos and enough joyful energy to power the entire Croxton, these legends delivered an absolutely iconic TV Theme Song set that sent the crowd spiralling straight back to childhood 📺🔥

From Ghostbusters to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Baywatch, The Golden Girls, Home and Away, Round the Twist, Transformers and Degrassi High… it was part gig, part fever dream, part retro dance party - and the Croc LOVED every second of it 🤘💥

Was just remembering The Age Green Guide. We had to get the paper every Thursday, then would read ahead and put circles and stars on things we really wanted to watch. Can’t believe it stopped being printed in 2008. by @parents_battle_of_the_bands
