2026 Patriots Muscle 💪🏽 Contest, Pre-Judging/Finals stage photos. @body.by.millie this show gave us the data we needed to get us to the next round USA Nationals qualified. 1 week out Coach @a_millie25 and we are just continuing to get better and staying locked 🔒 in from the last 3 shows since you put me on Hermano! 😤 by @jfern_kevjj

USA’s National Muscle 💪🏽 Contest. I want to give a big thank you to my coach and best friend @a_millie25 and team @body.by.millie for the growth, development, teamwork and keeping me accountable to the max in this 14 week prep. The chemistry and respect we have created together is the biggest accomplishment I can say I’m so grateful for. We received some great feedback from the judges and we know to keep striving for those improvements together as a team. We did two shows during this prep and we are improving more with each show. 5 shows down and let’s keep it going on this off season for growth and take all the great data received from the judges coming back stronger and beat this package that’s my best to date. A Huge Thank you to my posing coach @mrcshadows for meeting me those Sunday early morning training slots and being so patient with me. You have helped me tremendously with the art of posing and I can’t wait to get back at it with you in my corner Hermano. I’m truly blessed for your friendship and your leadership with helping me on my posing. Thank you to my circle of brothers that have been there in the gym pushing me to the max and family/friends that believed in me from the start of this journey. Let’s grow off season Coaches and stay focused for the next one set for next year. To all my IG friends who have supported me and stay motivated in your healthy lifestyle fitness journey, it’s always “Me vs Me” and we are all here to help one another stay positive and keep each other motivated because health is Wealth Fit-Familia! Ya tu sabes! Bendiciones and stay blessed! by @jfern_kevjj
